C.J. from W and N Properties shares how overpaying for a property taught him to make better decisions. He argues mistakes are learning opportunities, not failures, and shows how that one costly error changed his approach to real estate deals.
Welcome Everybody. It's me, C.J. with W and N Properties and today let's discuss return on your mistakes. Mistakes that you make can be valuable if you choose to learn from them. Something I reflect on a lot are the mistakes I've made in my past. One I can use an example is when I first bought a property, I realized I overpaid. The mistake was is I didn't do my research. I trusted that the price was right and I overpaid. How I made a return on this mistake is from this moment. Moving forward, I did more research and more verification to ensure I wasn't overpaying on properties that I was buying. The return has been infinite. It's because I chose to learn from it instead of allowing the mistake to halt me in my path. I hope you find this information help valuable.
