Welcome. It's me, CJ With W and N Properties. Today, let's discuss rule number one. You may know this guy, Warren Buffett. He's a little somebody. Well, he has this rule. Rule number one is don't lose money. Rule number two is don't forget rule number one. So how I relate this to real estate is the burst strategy. It's a great example. So in theory, the burst strategy you're buying, rehabbing, renting, refinancing and repeating. The goal is to pull out all your money. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work that way. But you're still following rule number one, and here's why. Your money is not lost. It's in the asset and your cash flow. So essentially, you followed rule number one. You didn't lose money.
