Welcome Everybody. It's me, C.J. with W and M Properties. Today, let's talk about what you hear. You only hear what you're ready to hear. I personally can relate to this. When I first started investing in real estate, I set out the intention to buy one property. I was ecstatic. I did it. Then somebody came along and suggested I might buy a second. I wasn't ready to hear that. I was resistant to it, primarily because I was uncomfortable. But when I was ready to receive what I heard, I went on and I bought 10 properties.
