Foreign. It's a very important piece in our real estate journey and the key to our success. So who should be on your team? Most of you here may have referenced or heard of Bigger Pockets and if you didn't, it's a good source and a platform with a lot of free information, podcasts, blogs, other investors who share like minded thinking and a common phrase you hear on Bigger Pockets and frankly, other areas in real estate investing in general is build your Core four. Does everybody know who their Core four is on here? Most of you, yeah. So Core four is usually referenced to a real estate agent, a lender, a property manager and a contractor. As you can see, we also added a few other names on here and it can expand beyond that. Your team is not limited to the core four yet. The Core Fours act like your foundation and your pillars. So if you feel like you're not achieving a certain level of success, you might want to take a look at your team and see if you have the right pieces in place.
