Why failures are necessary for success

Jaz reflects on a period of work compensation and how it forced growth. With mentor Ron Salvador's support, they learned new skills and pushed past their comfort zone, discovering that setbacks can drive real change.
What it pushed me to do was things that I never could conceive prior I was capable of doing. Jaz knows maybe you guys don't. She has a record of but we grew the most while I was under work comp and I was under work comp for two and a half years. It truly forced me to believe and dig in deeper into my vision and my why. And because of it I learned creative things. I learned the birth strategy. I learned how to raise private money. I learned how to acquire portfolios of property. I learned how to network better. See the blessing in disguise that I take away from that perceived unfortunate event of losing more than half of my income, not being mortgageable completely feeling emotionally defeated because now I'm pretty much bedridden and going through therapy and in pain. The thing that I took away the most is it was the opportunity for push myself outside of my comfort zone. And when I did, I didn't want to go back. It was pretty life altering to see what I'm capable of doing beyond what I'm comfortable with. That box My mentor at the time, Ron Salvador, he pushed me and challenged me to not just say and write down what I want but to take action towards it. And I have to applaud him because there were times when I came to him pissed off, upset, discouraged, frustrated, angry and he let me vent. But one thing he didn't do was give me clarity on or not clarity. He didn't give me answers. He gave me clarity on my state of mind.
