I'm Olga and Matzkevich. Right. I'm Olga Moskiewicz and LinkedIn marketing expert.
So the state of the current job market. I like to give a very simple example and everyone will appreciate this. It is basically the same thing as if you're trying to get rich. You go buy lottery ticket and you think you're going to get lucky. This is truly the state of the job market today. Many seasoned professionals go on job boards, talk to recruiters, fill in online applications, and they expect that they're going to get their dream job just by doing this. In the virtual world, that does not work.
Yeah, currently the situation is tough, I guess, and people may not know about all the sources where they can find a job or how they can find opportunities. And they mostly may forget about something that is really in front of them. Basically utilizing LinkedIn in an effective way just for networking, because networking is power. And I realized this myself and with working with clients, obviously. So, yeah, job market, I would say it's like pretty, pretty harsh at the moment. And yeah, we have to like have powerful Resume, I guess, CV letter, LinkedIn network, and yeah, really be proactive, I would say so.
