Before and after meeting Coach Michelle

Foreign hi, I'm Michelle Augustine and before I met Michelle, I was job searching Coming off of an consultant engagement When I met Coach Michelle, I had spent many months looking for a job. I was frustrated, I was spinning, and I was certainly lacking confidence. During my engagement with Michelle, I landed the perfect role and her coaching me through the final interview with the CEO, I'm convinced that's what secured it. When I met Coach Michelle, I needed to land an executive leadership role and doing it alone was not working. So I needed a better way. One of my takeaways from working with Coach Michelle is that it's not just about the job search. It's about your whole person and showing up in all areas of your life being the best you can be. Coach Michelle knows when to allow you grace and when to drive you to results. I would highly recommend Coach Michelle. In fact, I'm so confident in what she can deliver that I've already referred several contacts to engage in her services.
