This is a YouTube video titled "College graduate lands her dream job #careercoach #jobapplication" featuring Olivia Marianski, a University of Delaware psychology graduate from 2022. Olivia shares her career journey, highlighting the support and coaching she received from Michelle Perchuk, which helped her break into the fashion industry and secure a position as a luxury manager at the RealReal.

My name is Olivia Marianski. I graduated from the University of Delaware in 2022 with a degree in psychology. When I graduated, I had a hard time finding the right career path. I really wanted to enter the fashion realm, but struggled breaking into the industry. With the help of Merchelle Perchuk. We did activities such as vision boards, interview prep, and career coaching to set me up for success. It was really great to have someone support me who valued my professional success. Now I've been working at the RealReal for two years as a luxury manager, and I really appreciate Michelle Perchuk and her help to get me to where I'm at today.
