Healthcare professional talks about Best Investment into Coaching

This is a YouTube video titled "Healthcare professional talks about Best Investment into Coaching" containing an English interview or testimonial recorded in 2025. The content features a healthcare professional discussing their positive experience with a coaching program led by Michelle and her team, highlighting key takeaways, the importance of dedication, and the supportive nature of the coaching sessions.
Foreign. What would you say were your three biggest takeaways from the coaching program?
The way that I, she helped. Well, I like the whole program and I can't really remember the steps right now, the different pieces of the courses, but I did like that. But I think just, you know, taking, taking what you have done because I, I didn't. I wasn't really giving myself enough credit credit. So she. I was able to, through her course learn how to, you know, make myself. And not even. I wasn't changing myself. I just really needed to know how to put it together again so that it was noticed. So I think that was, that was huge.
Formula.
Yeah, the formula, basically. And then how to, how to, how to, you know, once I got, let's say I got LinkedIn the way I wanted to, but then how to use it to my advantage and how to, you know, send out requests and how to. How to connect with people and, and not just, you know, in those ways. So that was a big thing for me. And a lot of that, I mean, I feel like it worked, you know, and, and I think I liked. We did the. Oh, you know, the open call on Thursdays where we would, you know, get. And I got a lot of good ideas from different people that were sharing some things that were going on with them. So I like the group.
Would you recommend Michelle's and co. And MTV Coaching's program to others?
Yep, I would and I would recommend it, you know, but I would tell them because I do think. I think it's extremely professional and I think it's. Again, I think when I recommend it, I'm going to say to whoever I recommend it to. I mean, you've really got to have the time to dedicate to it. I mean, it's just, I don't think if you really. And that probably is with anything, but I think with her program you've got to really use it, but you've got to take the time to dedicate to it. It can't be something that you're just kind of half in. I would tell them in order to get the results out, you've got to really listen to the things that she coaches on and actually, you know, use it or, you know, work through those things. I mean, I guess just trying to say that you, you know, it's a great program to go through, but you really have to be all in.
Certainly an investment for sure and time and effort. Yeah, I understand that people.
Because I didn't know. I didn't. I never had a coach before and I think people think, you know, the coach is going to find me a job. And I. So I think I would tell people, no, it's your job to find the job. But I think you have to listen to the coach and take the advice. And I think I did. The other thing I liked about her is that you could kind of tell her, you know, when you did the one to one with her, you could talk and kind of really be open and talk about, you know, some of the barriers or things that, you know, you were facing or even if you were just feeling down. She had, I remember she would give us the, you know, some things to kind of maybe don't do on this day. Do things that kind of make you happy, you know, because you had to have a balance because it, you know, you know, rejections on jobs you'd applied for. It's a lot of work, it could become heavy and you could, you could easily slip the other way as this is just, you know, I'm never going to find a job. So she, she would give that advice of doing things as you're going along with your day at certain times because sometimes you just needed that boost, you know, so doing some things that could bring you some joy to kind of keep a good balance so you don't find yourself falling on the other side. Kind of a calmingness about her I always enjoy. I felt like I was right there with her and you can tell her this or she would see this video. I always like she would be in her, I think it's her home office. But on those onetoo it was, it was really, you know, kind of calming and she put her hair up and it was just like, you know, very relaxing and not so businesslike, but yet we were getting the task done. So I love that.
