How a performance review will give the results you want

Learn how to frame your performance review to highlight transferable skills like communication and leadership. The speaker walks through writing a cover letter and self-assessment that actually gets results.
Okay, I'm going to send you a cover letter which you could use and kind of rehash it. And I. Then you'll see clearly three paragraphs where your transferable skills are outlined. Okay, so right here, just from the first one, communicate well and consistently with the team. I have consistently communicated well. When Melissa was out on medical leave, I took it upon myself to, to do a biweekly meeting to make sure that we are all on board and that there would be business continuity. You may have to repeat some of the things from before. Right. Because this is the whole, this is a summary of what you've done. All those other things are asking you specifically what category what you did fits into. So you can have a high level repetition here. But start off by saying I am. And who gave you the rating? Meets expectation, exceeds expectations. This is self. Self diagnosed. Yeah. Okay. You exceed expectations because you're consistently thinking of ways how to improve IQVs reputation. You're constantly taking things upon yourself. You're constantly using your leadership skills to come up with innovative ideas. You're constantly taking it upon yourself to call it and whip them back into shape so that they help you define the customer experience. Because you're always looking out for iqv. Okay. Okay. Don't write in bullet points. Right in thought. And then if you need more fine tuning, we could always do that.
