How I landed my dream job in 14 DAYS

A recruiter and CEO gave this person a shot after they built real rapport and actually listened instead of pitching themselves. The whole process took two weeks from first contact to offer.
The biggest difference came with events from the recruiter, the executive recruiter itself. I was contacted by a recruiter. So we have a launch out. The first part of the conversation was about life, about experience, about the industry, not about the role. We didn't talk about that until later. That was an exchange of myself trying to get first rapport, build rapport with a person, get to know okay, how he did during the tough time of recruiting the last two years when he was hired for this company. These are questions that I wouldn't have asked before this build rapport very quickly. And he presented my papers to the CEO, I believe what happened the same day, hours after he asked me whether I could meet the CEO of the company the same day. And we have an hour and a half or conversation with the CEO where actually I probably didn't say anything. I just kept asking questions and let him talk. And he talked about the industry, about what it was Looking was very interesting that at the end of the time I didn't get to talk too much. But he really like what I I didn't say.
