How to answer the question, Tell me about yourself and Ace the interview

Yeah. I mean, the key part, right. When I felt was very impactful, at least from my perspective, was when they asked me about myself. Right. Like, I. Like you had coached. Right. Like, spend time in portraying the vision. What do you want to do next? Right. I think that helped in outlining that. Yeah. I may have been part of bigger organizations before, but what I'm now looking to do, right. Bringing my experience, applying it, doing some transformative work in a very different environment.

Did you use the three chapters?

Yes, I did. That was the next thing, which was like, you know, the three chapters, past, present, future, and, you know, again, boiling it down to like, hey, here is how I want you to think of me, right. That here are the three different hats I wear, Right. Not the dragon with three heads, but the three different hats.
