Is it worth the investment?

My name is Christian Baker. I am CEO of a therapeutics company. So before meeting Michelle, I was an executive looking for my next role, kind of trying to figure out the current job market, current practices, some of the tips and tricks needed to be an executive in my next area. Michelle immediately gave me some, some insight into what she is seeing in the job market. And some of the things that she's doing to help executives land their next role, really giving insight into how the job market has changed, what I needed to do in order to be successful, and some of the things that I was looking at, probably in a different perspective than with her professional judgment. The investment, well, you know, it's very difficult at times to quantify what something is worth. When you land that role, it becomes very apparent that the investment is worth it. Monetarily, you look at it a little differently after you are successful. So I would say that the investment, it was definitely worth it. Well, I'm a CEO of a company now, so I've landed a role. I was able to take some of the things that she suggested, some of the things that she was looking at, and really integrate them into my job search, really using her expertise in a way that afforded me the opportunity to land the role that I was looking for.
