Hi, my name is Marie Murtar, and I am the Director of Regulatory Systems Operations and Promotion for Pacira Pharmaceuticals. So I started working with Michelle about a year and a half ago. She gave me some amazing tips, and she really challenged me to be more assertive and to not let project management take over, to own the project myself. And. And through all of her guidance, I was able to hit the ground running with the project, and I was able to get the promotion that I wanted to. As Director of Systems Ops and promotion, she allowed me to believe in myself, and she kept challenging me, and she knew that I could do it, and she knew that it was in there. She just had to draw it out. And she's really good at that. She's really good at drawing things out and giving suggestions. And I'm like, oh, yeah, you know, I really had it in me all along, but I just didn't realize it. And it's amazing because, you know, even people in my own family have told me how much I've changed since I've worked with Michelle. And, you know, my husband, he's like, oh, my gosh, you know, really, it's amazing how much you've changed and how much you've grown, and it's inspiring him as well. And, you know, he said, gee, you know, this is really working. Maybe I'll do this too. I'm very, very happy with everything that Michelle has inspired me to do, everything that she's taught me. She's been spot on with so many different things, and I highly recommend her for any executive coaching and any job searching that anyone has. And I am looking forward to a continued relationship with Michelle. This is going on year two with her, and I anticipate a year three as well. Ra.
