A short YouTube testimonial in which a single speaker credits Michelle for guiding them to better self-understanding and for preparing them to approach interviews as a confident, conversational dialogue. The speaker describes being unclear about their goals and capabilities initially; through guided reflection (described as ‘three chapters’ or a story-building exercise) they gained insight, self-confidence, and a positive interview outcome impression.
Foreign. I'm not sure whether I can pinpoint it to one specific thing. So what, what really helped me was I think the, the overall way of how you guided me through different points and how you helped me understand more about myself. So I think when I got into this com. Into the conversations in the beginning, my. I think my main concern in a lot of areas was with myself. Like I didn't really know where I was and, and also not what I wanted and also not what am I actually capable of. So the way that you kind of guided me to understand through these different bits and pieces to, to get a better insight of what of insight into myself to understand who am I, what do I want and then to kind of go through this. Like I think the three chapters, for example, as one thing helps to understand like create that story because it helped me to look at okay, what is the story. Also how to approach a scenario like an interview. So to kind of help me also have the self confidence to go in there and say, you know what it's going to be, what it's going to be like in the end I doubt I am going to screw this up or based on facts. If, if I, if I would screw this up, it means they don't like me as a person. And that can happen. Like in the end it can also happen the other way. And so for example, when I had this conversation now I basically when I, when I hung up after that very first conversation, I was 95, sure, I have the job. Because if it. You could see that the conversation clicked and it became, it was a one to one. So it became a dialogue and you, and you could see actually you know what, this will not work because we are talking the same language. And so working with you beforehand helped me get to that point to also you were not performing, you were not performing for them like most people interview. You were just having a conversation one equal to another. Exactly. And, and I think that's where, where the work with you really, really, really.
