Foreign My name is Milena Rosenberg. I live in Israel. I'm a biologist. I was working in the academy as a researcher in different domains in biology. And just before I met Michel, I was working on a temporary contract in Melk. I was trying to get into very specific and narrow domain in the health tech or maybe high tech industry. And I had no experience in that. And in general, I barely had experience in the industry because most of my life I was working and studying in the academy and I needed some help in understanding which roles to apply to and to get ahead and better through the interviewing process. Working with Michelle, I was able to achieve clearance. First of all, with my goals. Working with Michelle, I felt that I have someone that is guiding me through the process step by step, actually setting me after every meeting with her very reachable tasks and goals that I can achieve and perform. Michelle really showed me how things look from the other side and she gave me a lot of confidence. First of all, if you're looking to succeed in whatever position you're looking for, I really recommend working together with Michelle because she will lead you there. She's very confident, she believes in what she does. And I love this about her because she really stands behind her words as someone who had never worked with a coach before in anything. She really changed my mind about it. It really makes a huge difference when you're not alone and there is someone who, first of all, she's super experienced and she knows what she's talking about and she's confident, she believes in what she says. She's right. She's proven herself to be right every time. And I trust her. So I feel really lucky that I worked with her, that I got to work with her.
