I'd like to say that many of you are looking at that little video and you see that it says Michelle Perchuk, career transformation coach. But when I like to describe what I do, I actually don't say that. I say that my work is a lot deeper because I work with people who something does not feel right in their career. If something does not feel right in your career, it's time to stop making believe. It's time to stop settling. And being an executive search professional, I have invented a system called Plan A, because with me, you never need a Plan B. The Plan A stands for pillars in my program and the coaching that I do. P stands for passion and purpose, identifying what is your dream job. L stands for the learning that you need to do in order to achieve your dream job destination. A stands for acknowledging it's not going to be easy. You will need to leave your comfort zone. N stands for networking, networking with intention, and networking with giving back to your community and to other professionals like you. And the final A in the Plan A stands for Being accountable, to say that you will do what you say you will do. So if something does not feel right, if you get a little tinge about you didn't get the promotion, you didn't get the job that you wanted, you didn't get the recognition, come and speak to me. We'll take a deeper look, and I promise you, you have my word that I will help you. Thank you, everyone.
