Matthew Small shares how Michelle Perchuk's career clarity process helped him align his work with his personal goals and move past burnout. He describes the actionable steps that shifted his direction.
Foreign My name is Matthew Small. I'm in sales and customer success for technology companies in the cloud. I was at a bit of a crossroads in my career. I built up a wealth of experience and some specialized knowledge, but wasn't quite sure how to chart a path forward with that that was more congruent with my life goals. So I was experiencing some challenges with some work life balance, you know, my focus, and that was leading to some dissatisfaction and burnout. Michelle's career clarity process was surprisingly helpful. It kind of forced me to look at my core values and goals and bring some awareness to both my transferable skills as well as some of the skills I could still develop professionally. Along the way. She also offered some tips and some tactical advice just of where to get started and to help get that change in action. Michelle's professional guidance was very much worth it. It helped me better integrate my personal professional goals and gained some valuable insight into my own career path. She also helped me just determine which direction to take and some actionable steps to take to go forward. She provided some excellent feedback along the way and I'd highly recommend her.
