Why is Professional Identity important?

I'm going to summarize I'm going to answer with one thing I mentioned back then so back then I say I don't know exactly besides talking about looking for a new role one of the biggest questions I have for myself and for you is where I am what can I achieve how far I can go with my skill sets so this is the state of mine I had that was uncertainty am I good enough am I not good enough So I wanted to have an answer to that question now in the last few weeks few months I get in a SVP role over 100 people reporting to me a new product and I've been contacted by Microsoft way more many other companies right now for VP roles executive roles on all these companies this essentially answered my question I way low lower today that I should be so and what has changed is the trust on myself the confidence I have self confidence and to me without if I don't believe in myself nobody will believe in me.
