Another step you can follow in your job search is to follow my unique framework. My unique framework is called plan. It's very easy to remember because it's a plan for a plan. Each one of those letters stands for something. But today, I'm only going to talk about what the L stands for. The L stands for limited resources. What I mean by limited resources is learn how to do more with less. Many of the things in life that are wonderful are free. This is what we learned growing up as children. And the same goes when you apply this to your job search. Collaborate with people. That doesn't cost anything. Build relationships. Offer your help. Learn to do more with less. Guess what? This pandemic will be over. This economic downturn will be over, and people will ask you, what did you do during the pandemic? Many of my clients fear of having a gap in their resume. They're afraid that their new employer will find out that it took them six to nine months to find another job. Here's the creative work that I do and the unique work that I do with my clients. I give them the courage to get in front of that, to actually talk about why they have a gap on their resume. To talk about the great volunteer work that they did or charity that they got involved with because they had the time on their hands. And as they were looking for a job, they decided to give back.
