How to use AI to amplify your uniqueness - Part 2
25 Jun 2026 · 28 min
Bunny Young argues AI amplifies rather than creates, using tools like Fathom and Serif to handle transcripts and emails so you focus on your unique strengths. She shares a three-step framework (See It, Do It, Be It) and warns that AI exposes gaps in your clarity and accountability, not fills them.

Here's the thing, like, lean in. You can't use AI to avoid taking responsibility for your life, for your content, for your business, for your client interactions. Welcome back to another episode of the Yes And Podcast. If you are new here, I am your host, serial entrepreneur, retired stuntwoman, Army wife. And mother of 4 beautiful kids. And I am here because I want to share with you that you're not bad at business, you're just never meant to do business their way. And the Yes, I Am Podcast is here to support you in building a life and a business that works for you, not the other way around. And not just by going faster or hustling more, but by going deeper and into alignment and in both the strategy and the energetics that make you and make your business a true unicorn. So this episode is part 2 of our conversation around AI and woo and the energetics of AI in your life and in your business. I want to share with you the tech deck as well as I want to kind of finish my thoughts on all things AI. So if you have not listened to part 1, you don't necessarily need to listen to it prior to listening to part 2, but please, please, please pinky promise me that you are going to go back and you are going to listen to part 1 if you have not already. Because it just had so many pieces of gold from how AI is going to impact our world, how it's already impacting business, all of these different things, because AI is not going anywhere, not anytime soon. However, it can take your business everywhere. And I want to lay out the roadmap for you in a way that feels aligned for you to be able to do that. So in the last episode, I made this comparison that I just want to make again in the aspect that When cars were invented, there were a lot of people who thought that cars were just going to ruin the environment. And in a lot of ways they did negatively impact the environment, but they thought that, you know, cars were kind of like this horrible thing that happened and we should have just stuck with using horses, which I'm not opposed to that actually. However, even though cars created emissions, cars also created industries. They increased the access and increased the connection and expanded the opportunity. And so just like cars weren't the problem, they were the vehicle. AI is not the problem, it's the vehicle. And so cars didn't create the behavior of speeding. Cars didn't create the behavior of commercialism. Cars didn't create the technology that created emissions. Like, there's other ways to fuel a car. We're just choosing— the behavior that we're choosing is what ends up having a negative or a positive implication. There we go. And so we can choose a different kind of energy to put into AI, and then that will be amplified as well, right? So it's whatever the behavior, whatever the energy, the tool is there to amplify it. So if you're a person who wants clarity, AI can't give you clarity, but what it can do is it can organize your files, it can organize your podcasts, it can organize your transcripts from your client communication, and then help you see the clarity and amplify the clarity that's already there, but it would take you however long to listen to all of that content and read through all of that content. Now, on the other side of this, if you're a person who has zero idea what you want to do with your life and you have zero content because you're not putting yourself out there and not attempting to get clarity and you're just confused and you go to AI AI, and you're like, I don't know what to do with my life, and I haven't, you know, I have nothing to input here. Like, what am I going to do with my life? And AI's like, I think you should go be an underwater basket weaver. I think you should train seals in space. That's going to be pretty confusing. And so it's like, it's just, AI's just there to amplify. And so people are blaming AI, but like, here's the thing, like, lean in. You can't use AI to avoid taking responsibility for your life, for your content, for your business, for your client interactions. Like, AI didn't do it. All right? It's, it is the behavior and it's an amplification of that. AI is not the problem, but it's also not the solution. It can only amplify both of those things, problems and solutions. My biased opinion is AI doesn't create. Power, that it can reveal it. It can show you and organize your magic in a way that it brings it out into the world. And so it's like, oh man, am I gonna confess this? I think I'm gonna confess this. So we have a house manager at our house, and it's amazing because she'll come in and she'll organize the pantry and organize our drawers and, you know, clean out the the fridge and all of that kind of stuff. And it's like, oh man, it's just so less chaotic, so organized, and just amazing. And then if she's not here, everything goes back to disorganized. And, and so like at some point it's like, I have to admit that our family is not the most organized unit. My dad's really organized. I'm really organized. My kids, not so much. My mom, very much not. And my husband will just default to whatever the chaos is around him. And I think about that because it's like, when you get a new tool, you're still going to be you. And so if you came into my house and you saw the cleanliness and you saw the organization, you're like, oh, Bunny is an organized person. Well, Bunny is a person who really enjoys having things organized. Bunny is not necessarily the person who wants to organize everything. And so with AI, it's like I have my own little house manager where I'm like on my computer and in my files and in my thoughts to be able to say, I really enjoy organization. I really enjoy how it feels when everything's organized, but I don't want to manually move these files. I don't want to manually go through all these transcripts and create a beautiful outline. Okay. And so it's like you can use AI. To create the environment that you thrive in and tell it what environment that you thrive in without having to be responsible for creating it, which I love. I absolutely love having a clean, organized, simple refrigerator and pantry, and I love having a house manager. And this is one of the reasons that I love AI, is because like when I don't have to go look for things in the pantry, I know exactly what I need to order from the store. It's very clear. I can go get something to eat really quickly and then go back to making magic in this world. And the same thing is true with AI. When I can spend, on average, I think I spend about 30 to 45 minutes every single week on the email that I send out to everybody on Sundays. So if you're not already on that email list, like definitely shoot me a message and go to our website, join that email list. And And like, it probably would take me about 3 hours previously to organize my thoughts. I also have a brain injury, and so I love the fact that AI is supportive in that way of like organizing my thoughts. Because if you guys like opened my skull and looked inside at all of my thoughts— not that that's a real thing, not that we can actually do that— but like, if you did, I have so many beautiful thoughts. Like, we go through this on Thursdays on our DeFi coaching call because I'm coaching every single Thursday morning. I am coaching. It's like one of my favorite things. But somebody will say something and I have 18 thoughts that want to come out of this pie hole at the same time. And I'm like, oh, I can't get it all out at one time. But I can sit there and hit the mic on my AI and just chat away all these thoughts and then have AI organize all of these thoughts. I did, I did this with this episode. I like chatted for maybe 10 minutes about all the things that I was passionate about sharing with you for AI. And then this beautiful outline came out with like 10 bullet points. And then I get into it and I'm in the flow and there's more things that I want to share with you. And so it's like, oh man, well, let's do part 2, right? Like, and I'll probably still have more, but if I had just hit record and riffed on this. Not that I do that all the time on episodes. My podcast manager, I think it drives her nuts because there's like no outline, there's no organization to my thoughts. Maybe it drives you guys nuts listening to it. Nobody's told me yet, but go ahead, shoot me a message on Instagram, shoot me an email, let me know if that drives you nuts. But it's like being able to actually have that support and that container and that organization That's something that AI is not creating this podcast. AI is supporting the organization of this podcast. And so, again, like, I'm taking responsibility for the content. I'm taking responsibility for the magic. I'm taking responsibility for the thoughts and the thought leadership. So it's not— AI is not creating my thoughts. It's not creating my messaging. It's not creating my niche, my creating my content. But it's also on the other side, like exposing if I'm avoiding doing that or overthinking or hiding behind, I'm not ready. Because if you have access to this tool, if, if you and I walk out into the driveway and we're like, all right, let's go get, you know, fro-yo. You can give me all of these excuses and yet the car's right there. All we have to do is like get in the car and go. And it's like, oh, well, you know, maybe we don't get fro-yo. And then, and we see this in business. All the time where it's like the car is right there, the vehicle's right there. There's a ton of people making multiple millions of dollars out in this world. There's no reason why you can't. And what AI is doing is it's like kind of highlighting and exposing where we're not taking responsibility, where we are procrastinating, where we are avoiding, or we're outsourcing, just quite frankly, like outsourcing our power. And I see this in content where people are just like, it's just vanilla. It's worse than vanilla. It's like melted vanilla on a sidewalk. In a hot sunny day. Like, no, no, you don't want to be melted vanilla. Like, you are the Moose Tracks, the Rocky Road, the like sprinkles, the unlimited fro-yo topping bar that no one else could replicate. Be that. All right. This has been a lot. Now I want to give you this little like neat framework. And I am, I am looking at my, my outline now. And it's funny because I, I spoke this whole thing in for 10 minutes, and then I still wanted to draw something. So I drew it, and then I took a picture of it, and I was like, how can I explain this? So here is your little AI framework that I want to take you through, and this is what we, we do in Defy too. I'm just adding in the AI component of it. And this is like, see it, do it, be it, which is our 3-step process in Defy that we are like, see it, okay, you're just, you're gonna learn, you're gonna learn a a little bit and get some more clarity and then do it. It's gonna be messy action and practice and all of that. And then be it, where it's like you're becoming it, you're embodying it, you're mastering it. And so how do we add AI into that? So step 1, in the see it, it's like this is the woo. This is you putting your magic out into the world. This is where you're getting clarity of yourself. You're getting clarity of your identity, clarity of your truth. This happens in human-to-human connection. You learn more about yourself, not from AI. You learn more about yourself from interacting out in the world, from having your energy bounce off of the energy of someone else. This is something that AI can never be able to replace, is like the, the step one of the See It is the, the learning about yourself. How does it feel to listen to my voice and to hear these messages? How does it feel in your body? What do you want to respond with? This is all that See It. This is all the energetics of it, right? So that's the woo part of it. And then when it's like the do it, the putting it into action, is then you start to have conversations and clarifying conversations with other individuals after you have this awareness of yourself. And that's the see it. Then you're bringing that awareness even further out into the world, and you're kind of stepping into owning that energy. You're practicing. So it's like, first I have the energy, then I share the energy. So that's in the do it, right? So now, now we bring in AI. It's like, I did this, here's my energy, and you're explaining all of this to AI. And then I brought it out into the world, here's the transcripts of those conversations. Now, AI, I want you to refine— this is a key word here— refine the messaging, outline some of the patterns that you see. I want you to increase the efficiency if that's possible. Create— you're asking AI to create systems for you to be able to do more of step 1 and step 2. That's all you're asking for, okay? And then you're also able to scale those systems around what's aligned and what's working. So I get asked all the time, like, when am I going to be done? The answer is never. You're going to go back to step 1, you're going to go back to step 2, you're going to go back to step 3. Like, the amplification in step 4 of scaling that and doing more and putting more and more systems around this, as long as you're putting more information into the machine— like, that's a requirement of living, is to continue to put— get clearer on your energy, put your energy out in the world, create systems so that you're not burning out by just putting the energy out and not being able to receive the energy back in. Like, you know what that— this— that's what life is about at this point, right? Is like, you get clear on your energy, you get confident on your magic, you put it out in the world, you receive energy back in the form of money, in the form of time, in the form of other people's energy, and then you create systems to be able to just bring more of that and circulate more of that. And that's where AI can help and scale and be able to provide that refinement, but it, it can't start it. It can't give you step 1. It can't give you step 2. Like, it has to meet you in the energy that you've already created. And I really want to make this real and actionable for you, is like, don't wait for the perfect messaging. Don't wait for the niche. Don't ask AI all of those questions. Like, ask AI to be able to amplify your energy. For example, like, I'm going to give you some like dialed-in real-life examples here. So instead of saying a free session, be like, here's the magic that I put out in the world. What would be the name for a session that I could offer my ideal client? And it's like transformation session, connection call, clarity session, clarity call, like whatever it is, um, nutrition breakthrough, so that it turns it from passive language into active language, into amplification language. Okay. But it's, it's so important that you talk to real humans first, and AI is the secondary step of this. And it's like, you could be like, where should I go and meet people? That's not the best way to approach this. The best way to approach it is here's where I have created clients. Here's where I have met people. Here's where I love to spend my time. Give me some ideas that are aligned with this on where I could find more clients. Do you see what, like, I'm going to give you my complete, well, I don't know that it'll be complete, but I'm going to give you the best version that I can of my complete tech deck that I'm using with AI. And we'll put some links down below. Below in the show notes as well, uh, with this so that you can kind of get that. But I'm— every single piece of this, I'm going to share with you what it is, what it does, and then why I chose it. And then I want to end this podcast session with an identity shift and really kind of like anchor this in. So a couple pieces of automation tech deck that I use. Number one is my note taker. If you've ever had a call with me, you know I use a note taker called Fathom, F-A-T-H-O-M. I used to, for my client calls, take notes. And I, like, back when I was a therapist, I would write on a legal pad, a yellow legal pad, all of my notes. So it's like, I'm looking at you, I'm writing notes, I'm looking at you, I'm writing notes, okay? And then at the— somewhere maybe I don't know, 6 years in, 7 years in, I started to have to type all of my notes. So then I'd be— I didn't like having a computer on my lap, so I'd be writing my notes and then I'd spend hours typing. Then it was like this big deal when we could dictate our notes and have somebody else type them. Now there's Fathom, which will literally take the best summary notes that I have seen. It blows Zoom out of the water. It blows Otter out of the water. It blows so many other like Firefly, or the— I've, I've used a bunch of note-taking. You can click on the highlights and it will take you to that place in the video. So there's a video recording, there's a summary of it, then there's a transcript where it knows who was talking and all of this kind of stuff. And then there's an AI component within it where you can ask Fathom questions about the meeting. And so that— it, it's so I can show up. At the meeting. And then when I turn on my Zoom, if I'm having a meeting with you, it will show me the last meeting that I had with you. So as a coach, it's like I come into the meeting and I log in, you know, 2 minutes before, 3 minutes before, and it shows me all the notes from our past session. And now they just did an upgrade where it's actually taking notes live. I don't have to wait for after it. There's so many times on a meeting where I'm like, hold on. What did I just say? Let me go back to that. And I don't have the summary there, but now it's taking them live. So I'm getting a live, like, summary as we're going. It will also come in and it'll be like Bunny's monologue, right? So it's telling me you've been speaking nonstop for 4 minutes and 33 seconds, and I can make a decision whether I'm going to keep going or not. But it's like, it shows me the balance in talk time between client and me. And so I, it's just amazing. I'm going to put the link in the show notes. I will tell you, I love this company so much that a few years ago I actually invested in the company. And so the link that I'm going to give you, there may be a financial gain to me when you sign up for Fathom and you will not regret it. I just absolutely love it. And there's been a ton of things that I've invested in note-taking-wise, and this is one of the best AI pieces out there that I have found. Okay, so let's see, another AI that I love, and again, I will put an affiliate link in the show notes because I absolutely love it and suggest it with people, is I have an inbox AI called Serif, S-E-R-I-F, and again, the link is in the show notes. And what it does is it will go through and read my emails. It goes through and reads all of the emails that I have sent before, and it drafts responses to emails in my inbox before I'm even in my inbox to save me time on those responses. And it will also send me a note that says, hey, you know, you said you were going to have this meeting at 3. I've drafted a calendar invite to send to your client with the Zoom link. Here you go. Like, it's so great, it's so wonderful. And you can also teach it different things. And I think, you know, my assistant loves it and our company loves it because it's just so great to be able to go in your inbox and everything's already like draft it out. It just makes it easier to respond. You don't have to use the response. You can delete it. But oftentimes what I'll do is I'll read through it and like perfect it. And then every time I do that, when I send that back out, Serif just gets better and better because it's reading the emails that I'm sending out and how I'm responding. It will even say like, hey, I'm copying, like in the draft is like, hey, this is a financial, uh, question. So I'll copy our accounting team on it. Hey, this is a legal question. I'm going to copy it. Like, and it, and it puts that person as in the draft as like a CC. So great. It's absolutely so great. Well, okay, so I gave you those two. I know that this episode's also going a little bit long, and so I want to be able to share with you more as we go. So my commitment is, for those of you that are on my email list, I'm gonna continue to send out because, uh, a newer updated tech deck, because I'm in a mastermind right now with some 8 Figure entrepreneurs that I'm going behind the scenes on not just AI as in chat or Claude, but actually building agents, agents that can autonomously work on your computer and on your machines while you're sleeping. And so I wanna be able to bring more and more of this to you, but this was just like part 2 of AI as well as, uh, being able to give you a little introduction into those 2 pieces of AI tech that I think are just absolutely amazing. And so If you're not already on our email list, you'll want to click on that link below in the show notes, and then you'll find everything, all the goodness there. If for some reason you can't get the links in the show notes and it's not on the platform that you're listening to, then just shoot us an email at hello@bunnyyoung.com or shoot me a message on Instagram @thebunnyyoung, and we will get you all taken care of, I promise. So my last thing that I want to leave you with is just this reminder that AI will not replace you. AI will expose a lack of trust, a lack of accountability, a lack of embodiment, a lack of clarity, which is good news. The more that you trust yourself, the more that AI can support you, the more that you know your energy so clearly, your uniqueness, your unicorn-ness. AI can support putting that energy out in the world. So allow AI to support you. Allow AI to put more of you out in the world. You don't put more AI out in the world. And that's the identity shift is people who fear AI don't trust themselves yet. Because if you know who you are and the energy that you're putting out in the world, and AI can put more of that energy out into the world, there's no reason to fear it. Because even if it's having this harmful impact to the environment, you could use it for good. You can use it to negate that harmful impact by your energy and by your solutions. AI in and of itself is not the problem and it's not creating the problem, but if you're not participating with AI and partnering with it to create the solution, you're also not helping that problem as well. And when you trust yourself, you're not going to fear the amplification of that energy. So the future isn't AI and it isn't woo. Energy is here. It's always been here. And AI is just the amplification of bringing that energy out into the world faster, more efficiently, quicker. And it's— I'm inviting you, begging you, praying that you participate because your energy is so amazing and so incredible. And I want you to be able to contribute. To this influx of information that's going out into this world by adding your magic into it. And the ones who will learn how to hold both woo and AI, the ones who will bring both out into the world will succeed and they will lead. Because the individuals who rely solely on AI to get it done fast won't be able to go deep. And the individuals who are really good at going deep only can't get it out in the world in enough time to be able to have it be loud enough to be seen. When you put both of those together though, the woo, the energy, the strategy, and the AI, those are the ones who will succeed and lead in this world because your energy will always go out front, will always go out front, and it will be amplified. And it will be felt because it's the connection. It's the genuine, authentic human connection and energy and magic. And that's what the world needs right now. It needs more of that. Not just more. AI is just more. And there's people who are putting crap inputs into AI and just putting more crap out there. It's just turning up the dial and amplifying it. AI needs more of you. The energy, the woo, your magic. And when you turn up the dial on that, the world becomes a better place. So yes to the woo and AI. Oh, here we go. How's that for part 2 of our AI episode? I wanna know how you found this episode. I wanna know what your takeaways are. I want you to share this. Think about one person right now to share this with and either tag them on social if you're listening to this reel. Or you found this reel or this episode on social. I want you to tell me what your takeaways are. I want you to go into the show notes. I want you to pull all the goodness out of the show notes. Shoot me an email, reply to— if you got this podcast through our email, then go ahead and reply to this email. Let me know what you're taking away from this. Let me know if you wanna be a part of this elite group of entrepreneurs and coaches that I am holding their hand and supporting them through the building a business with the energy and the strategy. They're all my DeFi unicorns and I love them so much. And I, they know I'm so passionate about woo and about AI and about all things in between because business is the exact same thing that I was sharing with you about in part 1 of the Riverbanks. It is just the systems and the support to bring more of your magic out into the world., and you can find more information about that in these show notes, or you can always just DM me the word DEFY and we can chat more about that. I love you so much. I appreciate you being here so much for another episode of the Yes And Podcast. I am your host Bunny Young. Thank you for making this world a better place.
