In this solo YouTube vlog recorded at 10:05 PM on September 30, 2026, Carson Butler reviews his day and outlines his strategy for the final quarter of the year. He argues that true high‑performers start new habits on October 1 rather than January 1 to gain a head‑start. He recounts reviewing copy for his priority client, noting the pain of manual script work and emphasizing the need to interleave manual effort with rapid AI training cycles to reduce stress and increase efficiency. Carson praises a recent YouTube video by Caleb Browston, pledging a $3,000 financial contribution and expressing a desire to learn from him as a creative director/marketing manager. He mentions waking up early (5:30 AM Eastern), planning to read “The Bible in 90 Days” from his mother’s collection to match the remaining 92 days of the year, and deliberates on starting the reading in the morning to protect sleep. Finally, he highlights his nutrition and fitness achievements—220 g of protein on 2,360 kcal (≈40 % protein), six workouts—and expresses gratitude and excitement for the growth he expects in Q4.

Yo yo, what is up YouTube? Um, it is currently 10:05 PM. We have reached, uh, the end of Wednesday, September 30th, 2026. We have about 92 days left in the year on the dot. And, um, man, this is the 4th quarter, you know, literally and figuratively. Uh, this is where, you know, we prepare for— I like to call it the next game, right? Uh, the next game being next year. A lot of people, they start their habits on January 1st. I believe that the real, uh, the real winners start their habits on October 1st so you can have a head start. Um, and yeah, today was a good day. Um, just to go over my journal, um, did a few things today. Reviewed pretty much all— not pretty much— reviewed, um, essentially all the copy, um, for the week for my, my priority client. The copy is all the scripts from my copywriter. It's very honestly excruciatingly painful near the end. And I realized that I need to lean a lot more on my AI systems and refine the AI systems I have while after doing things manually. So one thing I used to do was like do things manually, then train AI. What you need to do is like do one thing manually, train AI, do one thing manually, train AI. And as tedious as it is, You'll find that like the the the rapid iterations of how AI improves time after time after time again, and how quickly it happens. Like eventually your own life will get so easy to where I'm like, you know, you will progressively become less stressed over time, and the AI will be progressively better over time to save you more time. And I didn't do that today. I literally burnt myself out like. Basically, um, had to take like a 10-minute nap, woke back up, finished the work, took another 10-minute nap, and then trained the AI system when I should have just like been training it as I was going, as I was working. But that's, you know, more technical things. Um, but yeah, watched an amazing— I'm talking about a banger YouTube video from Caleb Browston. Um, he's somebody I'm happily gonna give $3,000 to. Um, at the top of the year in January when he opens back up Ralston Select. Uh, got a lot of respect for Caleb. If you're watching this right now, I don't even know how you are, but if you are, brother, you're definitely getting some cash from me because, um, I need you as a creative director, as a marketing manager that I am right now, as a personal brand strategist, leader, director, whatever. I'm going to be learning a lot from you. Um, so that was a banger video and, um, Lastly, woke up mad early. Like, it's the first time in a minute that I woke up at 5:30 Eastern, and, uh, felt good to just like wake up, get to work, and do all the things. So we're going to be preparing for tomorrow, um, starting after this YouTube video. I'm going to upload this, and then after that I'm going to read this new book that was actually in my mom's room. She's a minister and she has this book called The Bible in 90 Days, and I felt like it was— it's no better time than to read it with About 92 days left in the year. Um, yeah, I believe this is a great book. Um, as tired as I am, I'm tempted to honestly start in the morning. Um, to be honest, I'm very tempted to start in the morning because I'm getting a little tired, I'm not gonna lie, and I don't like to sacrifice my sleep. Um, but you know, it's a great book. Um, yeah, I think I might just start in the morning. Because as I'm saying, as I'm getting more and more tired, and I don't want to like, um, sacrifice my sleep and my ability to sleep for a long amount of hours, um, when I could just do this in the morning. Um, but yeah, it's a great book. I'm definitely gonna read it. Um, and yeah, we're gonna win. We got an insane amount of protein today. We hit like 220 grams of protein today. Crazy. With only like 2 2,360 cals, which is crazy. Almost 40% protein to calorie ratio. So yeah, hit the gym, went crazy, you know, 6 workouts. Yeah, it's time to win, y'all. It's the 4th quarter. I'm looking to see, I'm grateful to see what type of growth is coming and excited to shine bright. Let's get it. See y'all in the next one. Peace.
