In this October 2, 2027 YouTube accountability vlog, Carson Butler (signing off as CarsonRapsContent) delivers a digital journal entry that covers several personal updates and forward‑looking commitments. He begins by reflecting on a rare workout session with his father—the first in about a decade—highlighting the full‑circle moment of teaching his dad his own training methods. He then shares his fitness status, noting he ranks in the top 1 % of American lifters for bench, squat, and deadlift, and mentions a cheat meal. Carson moves to financial clarity, describing a recent deep‑dive into his finances and announcing a “travel detox” now that his client work provides stability. Central to the vlog is his “5 Bs” framework for the next six months: Body, Bank account, Brand, Bonds (relationships), and Bible, each with a concrete goal (e.g., reading the Bible cover‑to‑cover). He outlines a plan to read the Bible daily, to continue chipping away at his fitness, to grow his bank account, to build his personal brand, and to strengthen relationships. He also explains the purpose of these videos: to document his progress, attract talent to his current and future teams, and eventually mentor mentees through consulting. The vlog ends with his signature sign‑off and encouragement to viewers to keep shining.

YouTube, what is up? It is, uh, day 2 of the month in October. Um, we just wrapped up a long day, man. Been up since like 5:30, so about 11:30-ish right now. And, um, very productive day. Um, one thing I'm grateful for today is that I was able to spend some really quality time with my dad. Um, we worked out today. First time in like fucking like almost 10 years, bro, which is crazy. Uh, I haven't been in the gym with my dad since I was in like high school. I was like 14, uh, 13, 14. Yeah, maybe 14. So it's kind of crazy being full circle where he taught me how to work out, now I'm teaching him how I do my workouts, how I got, you know, a little bit fit, you know what I'm saying? Um, by American standards, I am in the top 1% when it comes to bench press, squatting, and deadlifting. But let's, let's not even go there, you know what I'm saying? Um, nonetheless, I really enjoyed spending time with him, man. We went and got dinner and we chopped it up. I told him where I'm thinking about, you know, moving out to, uh, which is, you know, gonna be a surprise. You guys should stay tuned. But, uh, yeah, it was dope, man. We got in a workout, ate good food. Um, was able to help my team out today. Um, was able to give them a lot of value. And also, you know, was able to really help myself, you know, get clarity on my finances, my fitness. You know, you know, had a little, you know, cheat meal today, but it was okay. It's cool. And yeah, right now, before I go to sleep, I'm about to read the Bible. I'm about to really lock in on, you know, my faith, go live on Instagram to document everything, be a Vessel in the world and things of that nature. And, um, and yeah, man, I mean, just looking to level up, you know. One day or day one, I say it all the time, I, uh, put on my whiteboard: 6 months Bible cover to cover, we're gonna have that locked in. 6 months body chiseled. 6 months bank account dialed in. 6 months brand dialed in. 6 months bonds with people dialed in. If it's not— if it's not the 5 Bs Bro, what are we talking about? If it's not elevating my body, my bank account, my brand, my bonds with people, and if it's not rooted in the Bible, miss me with that shit. I'm telling you, I don't want any parts of it. Miss me with it, please. Like, I don't want any parts of that conversation. So, um, yeah, man, I'm dialed in, I'm focused, and I, I'm about to really go on a detox. I realized, you know, it's probably best that I go on a travel detox. I've been traveling once a month every month This year minimum. And, uh, I think it's time that, uh, I put that to rest for a little bit because, uh, thank— by the grace of God, I don't have to anymore. Um, you know, now that I have a good position with a client of mine and, um, it's just time to level up. So yeah, not gonna make this YouTube video super long. I appreciate you guys if you've been watching every video since. Genuinely means a lot. Again, I'm making these videos— I reiterated, I reiterated every time it's a digital, digital journal for myself to be able to look back and see how far I came. Number 2, it's going to eventually allow me to attract talent that can get inspired by my story, cuz yo, if you see me, you see me working, you're going to be— you want to want to be a part of my team, whether it's with the team I manage right now or the team I'm going to have when I launch my new offer. And, uh, number 3 is going to be eventually, you know, a way to be able to get mentees and get people that also want to learn from me and get consulting as well. So, um, like I said, without further ado, Carson Wraps Ads. CarsonRapsContent. I'm out. And then like I say in all my YouTube videos and on my Instagram videos, keep shining. I'll see you guys soon.
