In this solo YouTube vlog, Carson Butler provides a detailed accountability update on a highly productive day. He walks through his habit tracker, noting wake‑up time, reading progress on The Bible in 90 Days (6 pages at a slower, deep‑dive pace), daily affirmations, journaling, and an automated Startup Day (SOD) form that syncs to Google Calendar. He logs an hour of deep work, cardio, and a team meeting with editors, designers, and copywriters, where he learned he needs to brand himself as the content‑team and marketing manager on Instagram. Carson shares praise from his copywriter, reinforcing his belief in his managerial gift. He reviews researcher ideas, submits an end‑of‑day (EOD) form, checks cash, credit cards, and BNPL balances, and organizes tomorrow’s tasks. He records a “banger” gym workout, hygiene routine, compliments a friend, and mentions reconnecting with his dad and two long‑unspoken friends. Throughout, he references his “5 Fs” framework—faith, fitness, family/friends, finances, and fulfillment (the latter defined as maximizing the other four). He emphasizes that documenting his journey will motivate others to do the same, pledging to keep making accountability videos.

Yo yo, what is up YouTube? Hope you guys are doing well. As you guys can see, we've had a very productive day. Pretty much got done with all the habits right here on this little habit tracker. Um, didn't wake up as early as I wanted to. As you guys can see, I typically try to wake up at 5:25. I woke up at 6:25, but nonetheless, we've been, uh, we've been going hard today. Um, start off the day great. For the first time, I actually read this book Um, it's called The Bible in 90 Days. You can see cover to cover in 12 pages a day. I'm actually taking an approach of 6 pages a day since, um, it took me like around an hour, about 40, about 50 minutes per se, um, to get through, um, 6 pages. And I want to go deep, right? So I'm willing to take the extra time that it takes. Um, but nonetheless, so yeah, read 6 pages today, read my daily affirmation, journaled put what I journal into my SOD form, which stands for Startup Day form. I have an automation that routes to Google Calendar for that. Did at least an hour of deep work, hour of cardio on team meeting with my amazing editors, designers, and copywriters. And yeah, learned some great things today. As I put inside of my comment section, biggest thing I learned is, yeah, like I need to brand myself as like the content team and marketing manager. Um, on Instagram, you know, for the last like few days I've been thinking like, okay, you know, I want to get back into content, I want to go hard with my personal brand, but I don't really know like how I'm gonna brand myself. And I realized like honestly, you know, one of my biggest points of leveraging content is credibility and just being useful. And I know that the main use that I have right now is using my skills of management to manage my team. Um, I got an amazing message from my copywriter today. He said, man, you You're a kick-ass manager, bro. Keep doing your thing. You've pushed me beyond my limits of what I thought was possible. And I really appreciate that, man. When people say stuff like that, like it really makes me think like, damn, you know, I really have like an amazing gift of being able to just help people. So, you know, definitely gonna go crazy with the content in that regard. Review the ideas today from one of my researchers. Wasn't really any videos on Monday to approve, so I just checked that. Submitted my EOD form, checked my cash on hand, credit cards, buy now pay laters. Um, organized notes for my meeting, so I pretty much have like all my stuff to do for tomorrow on my calendar. Hit a banger workout today, went to the gym, worked out hard. Um, got done with my hygiene, gave a good compliment to my friend. Um, shout out to a friend that I actually connected with today. Um, if you know, you know, you probably, you know, saw the name, you know. So if you— yeah, if you know, you know. I'm not gonna say names, but I did show it, so Um, he had to catch it for a while I was there, but, um, team EODs, um, made sure my team, you know, holding my team accountable to that every day, making sure they did that. Um, workout stats in Trainerize, track my workout stats, track my macros, tracked everything on my habits, shooting this video. And then I did have a great talk with my dad and had a great talk with, um, some friends, 2 friends I haven't talked to in a minute. So yeah, pretty productive day. One thing I love about this habit tracker, it really keeps you on track with maximizing the 5 Fs: faith, fitness, family/friends, finances, and, um, just being fulfilled in life. And fulfilling— fulfillment in life is just, you know, maxing the other 4. So, uh, yeah, hopefully you guys, you know, continue to do the same. I'm going to keep holding myself accountable to making these YouTube videos because, um, I know if I could document my journey, it's going to motivate people to document theirs. So without further ado, appreciate you guys. Keep shining, and I'll see you guys tomorrow.
