In this 12‑minute accountability vlog, the speaker reflects on a day that blended spiritual, personal, and professional activities. He begins by describing his experience attending 2819 Church, praising pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell for his energetic, anointed preaching, and expressing a desire to return with his dad. He then recounts reconnecting with a friend who flew in from San Francisco, catching up with the friend’s family and appreciating the renewed relationship. The speaker reviews his daily habit tracker, noting a 7:20 am wake‑up, a stable weight of 162 lb, a daily affirmation, and pending tasks like Bible reading, oral care, and a missed workout. He outlines a new 4‑day split workout plan (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun) to get back on track. Professionally, he discusses deep‑diving into a personal brand guide for a client with content coach Caleb Ralston, aiming to amplify the client’s brand through email and SMS. His overarching business goal for the next year is to grow his company to $5 million in organic attributed revenue. He ends with a brief look ahead to tomorrow’s early wake‑up and a motivational sign‑off.

YouTube, it is about 11:52, uh, PM on the East Coast. Man, I've never been so awake. So, um, this is a nice day. Uh, I was able to attend church today. I went to the amazing 2819 Church. Shout out my dog, uh, Philip Anthony Mitchell. Man, that brother is anointed, bro. Like, people say it, like my mom said it, Um, I think I've heard other people say it to me, and like they've used the word anointed specifically with him, and I've been like, okay, cool, like I'm gonna have to see it, you know. I've never seen him preach like live, but when I saw it, I just saw his like his energy, his heart, his spirit. He just— the fact that he's just, he just doesn't care. He's just so fired up spiritually for God. Like it genuinely was something. It was, it was Something to marvel at for sure, and I honestly would like take the time to go back. Hopefully, I can get my dad to come with me. Maybe we can go together because man, that brother is annoying. Ted, I'm like bro, he he's the real deal. Nonetheless though, I went there specifically because one of my dogs was in town. He just flew to San Francisco today. But, uh, he was in Atlanta, so I just pulled up. I was like, all right, bro, you going to church? Like, yeah, I'll pull up too. I don't know about that church. Great sermon. Um, we chopped it up for a little bit. I hung out with his family, met his, uh, his family-in-law. And, um, yeah, man, we, we just chopped it, caught up, you know. I think we'll probably be back in contact, um, pretty consistently, you know. Um, obviously, like, a lot of things have happened, you know. Uh, there's been some relationships that, uh I've unfortunately, you know, not been able to keep up, you know, in the last like 2, 3 weeks or so. But it's really good to have relationships that, you know, kind of come back. And I'm grateful for that. But in terms of the habit tracker today, it's a little slim, not gonna lie. We did wake up today at a relatively good time, 7:20. Weighed in pretty consistent, you know, 162. Read my daily affirmation today because I felt like I just needed to really speak to myself and remind myself who I am. But yeah, definitely still need to read the Bible today. Can't forget that. Still need to water floss, regular floss, brush my teeth, you know, wash my face before the day ends. But yeah, no workout today. I did plan to work out, but I didn't work out. So what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna do a 4-day split. This week. Um, I'm gonna do Monday, I'm gonna do Wednesday, I'm gonna do Friday, I'm gonna do Sunday. So that's about to be, uh, interesting. But yeah, guys, um, overall I'd say fairly productive. I did a lot of, um, deep diving into, uh, a personal brand guide from Caleb Ralston. Shout out my guy Caleb Ralston. He's somebody that is a content coach specifically for entrepreneurs, and, uh, he's a great brand guide. So I've been filling it out for my filling that out for my client so that we can put some great things together and have a real game plan for how we want to, you know, blow this personal brand up. Because my goal next year is to be able to, um, get the company to $5 million in organic attributed revenue. And I know that's not gonna happen without, you know, just blowing this brand up and maximizing on email and SMS. So yeah, guys, that's pretty much it for the day. We're gonna be back at it again tomorrow, um, waking up at a silent time. And, uh, yeah, looking forward to seeing y'all in the next one. Keep shining.
