How to Scale Your Business with Funnels, Live Events & Paid Ads | Featuring Milly "The Funnel Kween"

In this YouTube interview, host Charles Noonan talks with Millie Marie, known as the Funnel Queen, about how online business owners—especially coaches, course creators, and real‑estate professionals—can scale their revenue using high‑converting sales funnels, live webinars, multi‑day challenges, and paid‑traffic ads. Millie explains her background in graphic design and how she transitioned into funnel building, describing the step‑by‑step webinar‑challenge framework that moves prospects from a low‑ticket digital product ($27‑$47) to a ticketed live event ($97‑$297) and finally to a high‑ticket offer ($5,000‑$10,000+). She shares concrete results, including a single client generating $300,000 in a day and over $10 million across all clients. The conversation covers ideal client criteria (existing online revenue $10‑$55 k/month, overworked, lacking systems), common failure modes (uncoachable clients), and the importance of automation and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, ManyChat, HighLevel) to handle lead follow‑up, content creation, and sales processes. Millie outlines her service model—done‑for‑you funnel builds, onboarding calls to define offer, messaging, and target market, plus ongoing coaching. The interview also promotes her upcoming “Systems to Scale” summit (August 3‑5, $97 ticket) and encourages listeners to comment “queen” to receive a sponsored ticket. Throughout, the hosts emphasize that the price of an offer matters less than the perceived transformation, and that with the right systems, even creators with modest followings can achieve six‑figure days.

Welcome to another episode of the Real Estate Newsroom. Today we got somebody that's extremely important to you guys making money online. The Real Estate Newsroom is a portion of my entire marketing strategy and how I get messages out there because I put it on YouTube and I put it online. Today, very special guest, Millie the Funnel Queen. What's up, Millie? How are you?
What's up, Charles? How are you? I'm good.
I'm doing well. So I know who you are because your reputation in the online coaching space is like top-notch, super tight funnels. Like, Millie is the person who runs some of the most profitable funnels for people in the industry. But for my audience, The Real Estate Newsroom, could you just— that's your camera right there— could you just tell them who you are?
Yes, as Charles first stated, my name is Millie Marie. I'm known as the Funnel Queen. I help online business owners implement systems, structures, and strategies so they can grow online. So if you already have an established brand, you're already making money, but you feel enslaved to your business, you feel overworked and underpaid, I come in and help coach you on implementing the right processes to be able to take your business to the next level.
That is so much needed in this space because, like, as an online coach and consultant, we wear so many hats, right? We got to create the— we got to get the funnel created because we can't create funnels, and if we did, nobody would buy, right? Then we have to, like, do email marketing, then we have to do text, but we don't really know— like, this is a newer industry, so we don't really know how to do all of this stuff. So when we actually show up online, those of us that are successful, y'all have no clue what's in the background, what we just went through to cut, to show up online. So you're saying you're helping people that want to be online coaches, course creators, like structure and make that process easier?
Yes. So pretty much helping you streamline your business. So like you say, you have a lot of content creators, online coaches that making money online, but they're still enslaved to their business. They're still trying to figure out how they're going to make their next dollar, um, because they don't have a predictable way to be able to still continuously bring in revenue.
Yeah.
So we come in and say, hey, you need this system, you need this process, you need this to be able to make your life easier.
All right, let me ask you this because I want people to really understand who you are.
For—
just, just give me like, you don't got to give me no names, right? We ain't gonna— IRS be out here crazy on people. What's the most amount of money that was made on a project that you worked with?
Yeah, so if I could say, if I could pinpoint a direct number, I would say I've helped the client generate over $300,000 in her webinar and high-ticket offer campaign. But I've been doing this for about 7 years, so collectively, um, I could say About $10 million through all my clients.
All your clients, $10 million you've helped generate?
Yes.
That's amazing. That is amazing. All right, now let me ask you this, because I know it wasn't always like that, right? That $300,000, was it in like a month? Was it in a day?
That was a— she made $300,000 in a day. Oh, over the course of the campaign. So that was the end of her campaign. So on that, so we do a 3-day summit, well, 3 to 5 day challenge. So she made $300,000 in her challenge.
So tell me—
that was the backend, we didn't talk about the frontend.
Tell me this, is there a difference— and some people don't know this, but everybody, we glorify the space even though we do so much work on the backend, right? That doesn't get shown. What gets shown is like the nice stuff. Is there a difference between like an online summit, a challenge, a workshop, a seminar? Could you just educate them on, like, are those just different names for the same thing?
I think it's just different names that people like to be able to, you know, categorize their event. Essentially, it's the same end goal. So whether you call it a summit, a challenge, whether you do it over 3 days, over 5 days, you have— it's conducted and hosted the same way by providing value, transformation, to be able to get to that end goal.
So now we want to know, like, everybody wants to make $300,000 in a day. That's— it sounds ridiculous, but you've been doing it and supporting people for a very long time. So share with the audience, if you could break down how that happens, like give me the top 3 components to making $300,000 in one day.
Yeah, so I'll definitely say it takes— first of all, we'll say system structures and strategies. But what we do is we, we implement what's called a webinar system framework. So you go from a webinar, let's just say you do 6 weeks of a webinar campaign, and then you go, you transition from the webinar where you're giving out as much value, you're selling tickets to your, your 3-day 5-day summit, and then you pretty much give so much value and transformation to, to the people that's coming into the, into the event. So it gets them to that point where they understand that you have a problem to solve for them. So now once they see and they understand the value that you're giving, they see that you have a problem to solve based on their current situation. That is how people are able to make money on the back end. Um, even before, like, let's just say we, we go back to the webinar, right? So a lot of people, when you when we think about the funnel aspect of it, they create a registration page. But outside of that, people don't realize that you can make money just from the webinar before you even get to the 3 to 5 day summit. So let's just say you're running ads, right, and you have a registration page and you add a digital product. $27, $37, $47 digital product can help you create more revenue on the front end of your webinar even before you get to the actual presentation.
You breaking it down right now.
So that's one of the key elements that a lot of people miss out on as well, because imagine, just like the client we said, they made $300 from her summit, also made an additional $100-some thousand just from the webinar funnel because of the digital product on the funnel. Dang.
All right, we gonna get busy today. 'Cause two things I wanted to point out. That $27, so I do webinars, right? And I've been wanting to work with you, but I met you through a mutual friend and I have like ethics and honor. I never wanted to steal you, but I always wanted to work with you. And then the person I work with knows you very well too. So I've been scratching my head like, yo, I wish I could, but you know.
I think I know who you're talking about. You know who I'm talking about.
Everybody knows who everybody who— that's why I feel like I know you so well because the people you work with, they kill it in the game and your funnels are fire. Thank you. So, but I got a little bit of like loyalty. Plus I never wanted to call you because this is my guy and this is my guy and it's like, damn, she in that circle, but whatever. So just tell us this. When you— people sign up for something and you give them something before the webinar or before whatever they sign up even starts, that's giving them value. That's like $27. But for us, and I didn't think of it like this, that money helps pay for ads. Yeah. So, so you can almost offset or get close to offsetting ad costs by charging that.
Yes. And it's still profitable as well. So let's just say your lead cost on the ads is anywhere from, let's just say, $5 to $8. And you have a $27 product, you've already generated revenue because you're profitable instead of being in the negative. So that allows you to make money as well.
Plus that thing you give them, do you make that up?
Yeah. So let's just say you do land-based, right? So let's just say you created a webinar that's helping people generate—
by generation—
generational wealth by, you know, investing into land-based. So now that's what the webinar is about, but now you create a digital product that gives that gives them 3 steps to actually implement now before getting on the webinar. Mm-hmm.
Mm.
So that gives them a reason and an incentive to go ahead and buy the digital product, because they're like, hey, I can implement this now. I can get a tangible result now.
So if somebody's watching this and wants to get into this online coaching space, which, by the way, I think was Bill O'Leary who said content creators are the new highest-paying skill set out. Did you see that?
No, I didn't.
No, did you see that? You said no. What's the guy from Shark Tank? Kevin O'Leary. Did you— now that you remember, you know what I'm talking about? Yes, he said content create— he was on NBC. He said content creators are now the highest skilled paying job out, right? So if someone comes to you and they want to be a content creator, will you help them structure that and say, hey, you need— I'm gonna structure you for an online event because Like, let's be honest, those are the highest paying events. You can reach so many more people than if you actually met people once, one-on-one, right? Will you help people structure that part of it too?
Yeah, so pretty much like you mentioned, online creators, content creators, coaches that's already established, like you have the traffic, because that's one of the things that people miss out on. They want to be able to create revenue but don't— nobody knows them. So visibility is not scalability. Right? So you can be, um, online making money, but if you don't have the visibility that you need to be able to scale, then it's like, why implement systems? Because you're stuck still. So you definitely need the traffic piece in order to take that business to the next level. So that's why I say online brands that's already making $10,000, $20,000, $30,000 a month, but you realize that you're still losing revenue because you're working slave into your business. So If you definitely want to be able to take your business to the next level, definitely I recommend starting to do online events and making sure that you have the system behind it, because people are doing a lot of things manual. Yeah, they're running webinars but sending out Zoom links manually, signing up on a, on a Zoom registration.
So you help automate that stuff?
Automated as well.
So when somebody pays for a ticket, it's going to send them all the instructions, all the directions, and they don't have to worry about that. What I heard before, but it's never happened to me because I never had the, the opportunity to work with you. I would love a day where I come up with a day to do an online event and all I have to do is show up.
Absolutely.
Is that what you help people?
Absolutely, yes. The goal is for you to be the star, the star of the show, right? So you don't want to be the one behind the scenes trying to create automation, trying to send out emails, send out text messages. And you still got to show up to be the star, you're going to miss out somewhere. So you don't want to have those leaky buckets. So the goal is, yes, be the star and that's it. Like, have that stuff in place already.
So that's how my guys are doing the numbers they doing, because they got you helping them. All right, cool. I'ma, I'ma do this early, but I'ma just ask my guys. Y'all know who y'all are. Y'all know who do my funnels. Y'all know who do my ads. Can I please have y'all permission to use Millie for one of my events? I'm just gonna act like I'm asking up front.
No backdoor, no nothing.
She sound like she could get me like better results. You know, no shade, but she sound like she got her stuff put together. Oh, I gotta ask you too. I'll get your permission later. The price doesn't matter because what it sounds like you're telling me is I really can do what I do best to prepare the best webinar that will serve the people in the best way to get them the best results. That's priceless because the more I could articulate to people that I could help them and show them that we really can bring them value and they really can get the result that they really want will allow everybody to serve better.
Absolutely.
So if you say yes, I'm gonna ask my guys if we can incorporate you in some kind of fashion. I'm not kicking nobody out, right? I'm not kicking nobody out. But guys, she's like super on point and y'all know I'll be having to double back and clean up some of the mess that we be making collectively. But we do ultimately serve so many people that I'm always grateful to the guys that help me out a lot. I appreciate you guys. I love y'all. We've made tons of money together, but Millie's in the building now, honey. I need it to be easier. All right, now let's get into a little bit of education. Break this down. What's a funnel?
So a funnel is pretty much a step-by-step process that allows you to make more, uh, generate more leads and more sales without you having to do the manual work. So a lot of times people get a funnel confused with what— with the website. So if I'm going to— if I find you on social media, online, or wherever the case may be, and I come across your website, if I look at a website, you have so many different options, right? So it leads— it disrupts what I came to the website for because there's so many different paths that you're leading me on versus A funnel is a step-by-step process that leads me to one main end goal, one main direction, one main call to action. So if I'm coming to book a call, I'm only learning, and you only giving me a call to action as to why I need to be booking that call.
Okay, so people— so you'll help people or guide them through creating a funnel page, right? Not a page, not a website where it's all over the place, a funnel page. Then from the funnel page, you'll do ads to get people to see the funnel visibility, and then you help with the automations to get people to either an online event or in-person event or whatever it is that will allow them to sell.
Absolutely, yes.
That's pretty awesome. That's awesome. What got you into this?
Um, that's funny that you asked that. Um, I've been in the business for about 7 years, and how I got started into funnels was actually through a coaching program that I invested in almost 7 years ago. So we came in, I was at that time, I was in financial literacy trying to learn more about credit, trying to learn about funding, different things of that sort. And the coach gave us access to a digital product. So for me, because my background is design, print, and marketing, I did what was natural to me was to design my own ebook. And at that time, I didn't know what a funnel was, honestly speaking, but in my mind it was like, hey, it's a website, so I can go design this, you know what I'm saying? So I did that. At the time I was using ClickFunnels. I went, designed the ebook, created the funnel via ClickFunnels, and I put it in the group just like everybody else was doing. I had no idea that the moment that I dropped that in that Facebook group that I was creating another revenue stream or another business for myself. So that is essentially how I got into building funnels. So from there I started learning more about funnels. At that time I was charging $500. Hey, I need to eat, can you design my ebook? Could you build my funnel? Sure, $500 it was, right? So at that time, I didn't even know about strategies. I didn't know about, um, the system side. I didn't know about the automation side of it. They wanted an ebook cover. I designed it. I built it.
And you just had the, like, the, the eye for design, like, of what it needs to be.
Yes, the branding aspect.
Okay, branding, flow, easy on the eyes, easy to explain.
Because that's my background as a graphic designer. That's what I went to school for. I graduated with my bachelor's degree in information technology and multimedia design. So I— graphic design is where I come from.
Yeah. Okay, so now everybody's hitting you up, I need covers, I need this, that. And then how did you graduate into the Funnel Queen?
So I graduated over time. It took about, I would say, 3 years collectively. Um, like I said, in the beginning I was just ebook design, funnel. But as I started doing that, I started educating myself more on what is really a funnel, what is the benefit behind the funnel, how can I actually help clients scale and go to the next level. So I started learning more about automations, the importance of the backend system, because you can have a funnel, but if you don't have the backend system, it's not going to print money, it's not going to be effective, it's not going to convert. Um, so I learned that the automations is the engine that keeps this running, right? Um, so just like you have a car, you need the engine, the engine's gonna keep that car driving, et cetera. So that's when I started educating myself. I started investing into more mentorships, more coaches that was teaching me client acquisition systems, teaching me how to make money without being overworked and underpaid. So essentially that's how I started becoming the Funnel Queen. And when people started learning, even now today, people really come to me because, Millie, your designs are amazing. But then I had to start repositioning myself like, hey, yes, I can make you an amazing funnel design. However, I can also help you implement strategies, the marketing behind it, the offer, the create, the messaging, because all of that is important when it comes to the funnel. You don't just need a pretty funnel without you being able to clearly identify what's the problems that you're solving, who do you help, why, what is the transformation. So that is really what makes up the funnel.
Okay, help me with this. With that $27,000 thing we sell, is that called a tripwire?
Tripwire, bridge sale, upsell, different names for it.
Yes. Okay. All right, cool. I'm learning. See, I know a little bit. My guys took care of me, but I, I had to learn some stuff. All right, so now you got this client that you made $300,000 for, or $400,000, right? Take me through the steps that are necessary to, to make $400,000?
Absolutely. So first, again, what's really important is having branding, your brand online, having a per— building a personal brand online. Like I said, she came, she was already killing it online. She already is known, she already has the visibility that she needs, um, but she needed more structure. She needed to— a predictable way to make money online. So because she already had an established brand online, we said, hey, let's go ahead and implement this webinar challenge, a high-ticket offer campaign. You do, um, 6 weeks, 6 to 8 weeks of webinars, right? You sell the tickets of the, of the 3 to 5 day challenge. But not only that, like I mentioned, you want to make sure that not only are you showing up as a star of what it is that you represent, but you have the systems behind you that's going to allow you to streamline this process where you don't have to be, I gotta send out Zoom links, I gotta send out and deliver the products. The system behind you is going to do the work for you. All you got to do is to show up. So we did 6 to 8 weeks of webinars. I think she did like 2, 2 times a week where all she did was sold the tickets to the challenge. So here we talk about the front-end money, the money that you make on the webinar funnel itself, the $27 upsell, right? So now you make— you generate that revenue, and now you get to the actual event of the webinar, right? So now you selling $97 or $147 tickets to your challenge. Oh, so now that's the second way that you can generate revenue.
Mm, talk about it.
So that's the second way.
So you got the $27.
Yes.
Then you got $97 or $297. Yes. Which all— does that ever supersede the ad money to where you're in profit mode?
Absolutely, because if you're only running traffic to your webinar, and let's just say again your ad cost is anywhere from $5 to $8, your digital product that you have in the upsell of your webinar funnel is taking care of that and you're profiting as well because your lead cost is only $5 to $8. Okay, so now you generated the, the profit there. So now you— hey, it's Tuesday, I'm on my live presentation, we got 200 to 300 people showing up. Let's just say you do a 5% conversion or 10%, now you're selling a $97 or $297, you know, which is 20 or 30 people, right, at $297. In this particular client here, like I said, $16,000. Absolutely. So she was already killing it, already had built her brand. So 20, 30 tickets was nothing for her. She was hitting 100 tickets. Okay, 100 tickets a webinar.
Nice.
So you, $97, uh, 100 people, you already printing the money.
Yeah.
So now we get to the actual— the, the 6 to 8 week campaign is over. You know, you sold 100 tickets a webinar 2 times a week, right? So now here we are at 3 to 5 day challenge. You have a high ticket offer, $5,000 or more, $10,000.
And you structure— yes, you do. You give the actual structure of how the webinar should be?
Yes.
Of what to say on the webinar?
Yes.
And how to close to get people into that 3-day challenge?
Yes, because that's where the strategy come in at, right? So we talked about the system, having the system that works behind you. We talked about the structure and now the strategy. The strategy is you got to know how to close. The strategy is you got to know how to tell your story through the presentation. You got to know how to engulf the people in so they can realize that you have a problem, that you have a solution to their problem. If you're just all kind of like willy-nilly, you're not going to be able to close nobody. You got to be able to connect with your audience, let them know that you are the person for them, that you have proof.
And you're coaching people through Yes, we're coaching people through this entire— I'm gonna tell you something you probably won't know, don't— you're probably unaware of in 2 minutes. All right, so now the big dance. What do you like better, the 3-day challenge or 5-day event?
Um, essentially we do 3 to 5 days is good. Yeah, so I like the 5 days because you actually— when we— if we do it 5 days, it actually add like 2 bonus days, so it makes it 7 days. But if you do it 3 days, you 2 bonus days to turn into 5.
Okay, all right. What's the importance of being with somebody, or what's the benefit of being with a group of people for 5 whole days?
Pretty much what you're doing is you're building up that like, know, and trust factor. You're building it up to the point where they trust you, to the point where you spent this amount of days giving value, giving transformation, giving— like, you're becoming a part of their world in a sense. So it's like, now it's like they've seen the social proof, they've seen where you genuine, you authentic, and you can help them create transformation and helping them get to the next level. You're building up— the most important thing is trust. Okay, because if people feel like they can't trust you, they're not gonna buy from you.
So would you say the more time your challenge is, the better? Yes, for people to kind of connect with you.
Yes.
Okay, cool. Now Correct me if I'm wrong, because what I'm seeing here— and this is what I wanted to bring to your attention— what I'm seeing here right now is that it sounds like anybody could do this. It sounds like you don't need a lot of followers to make a lot of money through, um, working with you.
Well, I won't say you need a lot of followers, but you do need traffic, you need visibility, you need an audience. Because—
but aren't we buying the audience with ads?
Yes, that's why I say traffic. So whether you're going to be utilizing organic traffic or, um, paid traffic, that is what's going to fuel that funnel and bringing people in. Yes.
So you say a person with 1,000 followers can do this model, get support, structure, pay for ads, and potentially make $100,000 in one day?
Absolutely. Absolutely, yes.
And you, you ain't even hesitating, Millie.
Absolutely, it's possible.
Yes, anybody wants to make $100,000 in one day, Millie's going to tell us more on how. So I think we breaking this down pretty, pretty easily for people to understand. It doesn't matter how many followers you have to make money online if you have a good product or you can solve a problem that's legitimate. Yeah, Millie can help structure you doing ads, a sales page, to doing webinars, which are live online Zoom— who's you? Do we use Zoom?
Zoom?
Yeah, Zoom events. She'll show you how to make money through that Zoom event to put people into your summit, your challenge. Uh, your workshop for 3 days. They're all the same from an educational purpose. Um, I want to educate you guys, they're all pretty much the same thing, just different terminology, just different terminology. And you help people like what to say day 1, day 2, day 3, really?
Yeah, so we pretty much help you structure the entire 3 to 5 day challenge so you know like how that presentation to flow. Um, like if you're bringing in guest speakers to kind of help, you know, ramp up and amp up the event. Um, so yeah, we help you structure the entire—
that's awesome. That is like just showing up, right? All you have to do is, is like do the thing that you do, and you're gonna— Millie's gonna structure that out for you so that you can have success.
And it's all about taking the expertise that you already you have and just educating people on it, right? So if you're best at buying land, how can you teach and educate other people to do the same thing? Because you are already an expert at that. So take your, your expertise and turn it into digital assets.
Um, this is awesome. This is like a way to make money in addition to what you're already doing, and you get to help pour into other people to help, uh, so they could do the same thing.
Absolutely.
I'll tell you this, I've been in the land business— I've been in real estate for 20 years, I've been in the land business for 9, I've been teaching for maybe 4 years. I've never had anyone that I taught as competition to me, whether it's buying houses, renovating, buying land, building. I've never had anybody I taught as competition to me.
Absolutely, because you're unique in your own way.
Yeah, but some of us think— and people were bashing me at the auctions because I used to go to the auctions as like the only minority there. I would buy my properties, I'll go sell them, right? And I'll make tons of money. We're all in the auction, it was like a group of us that's making tons of money. Then I started bringing 10 people, then 20, then 200 people, then 290 people, and mobbing the auctions out and going crazy, right? And the group would say to me, like, you're creating competition for us, you're, you're, you're ruining it, you brought it back to the hood, you're causing a problem. But it's never been a problem for me. I've never not been able to sell my properties that I buy, even though I buy the same as everybody else. So I want to tell people, teaching people your unique skill or trait or, or problem or solution to problems that you have will not create competition for you. There are millions and billions of people on Earth. Whatever industry you're in, you're not the only one in that industry. I encourage you guys to teach people through online challenges, through webinars, through workshops. Teach other people how to do it. It will only expand your business, 100% guaranteed.
For sure. And one of the biggest things, like you talked about, um, being unique in your own way— a lot of times people say, oh, is this industry saturated? Is this, you know, service saturated? It's all about how you make yourself, how you represent yourself online. And what I always advise is creating that 3 to 4 step process or unique framework that people can identify that solves that problem for them. So let's just say you create, hey, I help people start, you know, buy and sell land banks. But what is your 3 to 4 step process that is unique to helping them get to that end goal or creating that transformation for themselves?
That's awesome. All right, tell me about this. Give us the client that you try to work with that just didn't work, because I— because we have a big audience. I don't want the wrong people reaching out to you and you talk about what you found me on the Real Estate News. Give us the, the one story of a client that hired you and was a nightmare.
Absolutely. So I had one particular client, it was in the tax industry, and she came, she said, Millie, I want to launch a webinar funnel. I want to be able to do a webinar so I can make more money in the, um, in the off-seasons of taxes to be able to generate more revenue. So I'm like, okay, cool. So we went through the process of building out the funnel. I helped with the you know, helping us script the ads. We was running the ads for the campaign as well. But this particular client just could not follow instructions. They could not do anything that I advised or instructed or consulted them to do. It was kind of like, we get on the presentation, we didn't build— like, I'm helping you, I'm live on your webinars with you, right? So we, we get to the part where we're actually at the live on the virtual event. So we get there, come time for the pitch First of all, before the pitch, the entire webinar presentation was not what we put together for the actual campaign. So straight freestyling. So the entire webinar was all about a totally different offer. So for me, my goal is like, if you, if you coming to me for a reason, there was a reason why you came. You see that I have some expertise, some knowledge, and I can help guide you. But if you're not willing and, you know, willing to listen be coachable, it's just not going to work. Okay, so that wasn't— that campaign did flop.
So did she make money?
She did not make any money. She was supposed to be a 6-week campaign. She only did— she only committed to 2-3 weeks of the campaign.
Okay.
And the webinar— I'm like, you gotta, you gotta use the presentation that we built that outlines the offer. Like, we're focusing on one main information. Woman in Gold never followed through on any of the things that we put together.
Yeah, I, I was coaching my son who did a live event last night, and we went through this presentation like this much. This much actually happened in real life. Yeah, but I know he's like on stage, he's 20 years old, um, he had fun with it. But I'm like, you know, this chunk of questions are the the money questions. He's like, oh yeah, I forgot about those. So live, sometimes, like, you have to really— it is a craft that you have to dedicate yourself to, and you have to master it. And we see some of the masters of the craft who speak so eloquently, who speak fluently, who are able to articulate the transition that they're bringing people from and to, and the destinations that people going to. It's not easy.
It's not.
So that's why I get so excited when you talk about like, I'm going to give you the systems, the structure, the guidance. It's like, wait, you're going to lay everything out for me? Because I know how hard it is. I've tried it so many times and I've gotten it wrong that the way you're saying like, Charles, I got you, you just got to show up. I'm like, well, since when?
Like, I'll even say even before transitioning now through this rebrand into coaching. I found that with the done-for-you services that I provide, I was coaching in that. So that, that's also what made me stand out, is I don't just hand you off a system and say, hey, now you got to go implement this yourself. The entire process that I'm helping you build out your funnels, we're building a backend system, the automations, etc., I'm coaching you through the process. So we'll typically have 2 to 3 what we call onboarding calls to kind of make sure we're identifying What is your offer? What is your message? What problems do you solve? Who is your ideal client? Because again, that is very important when you're trying to build out and make money online. If you don't know that, if you don't have clarity, you're not going to be able to speak up on it.
Yeah, having a clear offer is extremely important too, because they say a confused buyer does nothing. They just sit there. And then you got 100 people online, you drop the offer or it's a convoluted offer and nobody buys, it's because they're like so super confused. Or I've even learned at the level that I am, if they're asking like a ton of questions after your 1-hour presentation, you need to start to answer some of those questions in your presentation. Like take those questions because your presentation is begging those questions. So take your presentation and answer these questions, at least for the next one. So now when you present, you're kind of addressing some of the fear, some of the time, some of the time fear, some of the money fear, some of the objections. You kind of want to answer some of those. So cool. I'm so, I got to say I'm proud of you because of the people that you've worked with, your reputation in this industry. It's not a lot of us that do well and that are actually still here, right? So we all talk and we all know like who supports who and who does what for who. So I just have to say, I want to just say on camera in front of everybody, I'm proud of you, what you've done in the past for friends of mine, I call them, and who you are today that you're looking to really help a lot of people make a a lot of money.
Absolutely.
Just wanted to take my hat off to you and let you know that. Now give me the ideal client for you that does not have a lot of motion online.
It does not have a lot of motion.
Like, what makes it— what makes a good person for you?
So an ideal coaching client of mine would be somebody that's already generating $10,000, $20,000, $30,000 online. I recently had a conversation with a guy, they're making $55,000 online, but they like, Millie, we're capped. Our revenue is capped. We're overworked, underpaid. We're in the DMs, we're, we're doing live TikToks, but every person, every lead that comes in, we're having to manually follow up with the conversation. We having to do everything, so we don't have time to be able to be the star, to be the CEO.
Are you saying $55,000 a month?
Their clients are making $55,000 a month, but still feel like their revenue is capped.
And you're going to help them make—
you're going to help them generate more revenue and remove themselves from the day-to-day of their business. So how do we help you remove yourself from the day-to-day of the business? We're going to systemize the back end of your business. So it was a credit repair— I work with a lot of people in the credit repair and funding space. So what can we do to help you become the CEO and no longer a hustler, right? We need to sit down and look at what you're doing. So all those things that you're doing manually, we need to implement AI automations. We need to implement agents into the business so that you can be again the star of the show. So if we want to say the next strategy that we want to implement in your business is going to help you create scalable, predictable revenue is webinars and challenges. You can't produce well because you in the DMs, you following up and sitting on Zoom with clients doing one-on-one sales calls. So we're going to systemize that structure so now you can create that predictable process.
Okay. How has AI helped people in your business?
AI has helped tremendously, even in my own business, because again, if you are— if you want to be able to remove yourself, a lot of people are afraid of AI. But let's be real, AI is taking over. AI is literally taking over. But you have to utilize it in such a way where it's going to help you still be authentic, genuine, etc., into your business. So let's just say you, you, you have heavy traffic on social media, you're running ads, but you don't— you're not the person, or you don't have anything in place to communicate with the leads. So what are we doing? We missing out on revenue. Because an AI agent is going to allow you to be able to, in your sleep, communicate with the leads that are coming in. Because if you're running ads around the clock, you don't want to be the person that has to sit there manually communicating or hiring setters. Setters are good, but setters can only respond so quickly, so fast, at a certain pace. So an AI agent is going to allow you to be able to continue those conversations whether it's 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock in the morning, and getting those leads to where they need to go.
All right, give me the top 3 AI tools that you use today. Yeah, I use Claude, ChatGPT, and Naen, and that helps people make hundreds of thousands of dollars.
That helps you to systemize your business so that you can position your business to make hundreds of thousands of dollars. Yes.
Okay, give me an AI tool that was new that you no longer use.
Um, an AI tool that was new that I no longer use—
do you use ChatGPT anymore?
I still use it slightly.
I have transitioned over to Claude because Claude has So many amazing, you know, hey, ChatGPT watching. All right, so give me the— give me, give me, give me two more AI tools that you used to use that are outdated that you don't use anymore.
I would say there was an app called Insta DM or Instagram DM or something like that. So I was using it to kind of help follow up with my leads. So now we have ManyChat, we have Claude that you can utilize in your business to be able to communicate with people. So conversational AI. There was another one called Closebot. Okay, Closebot was another AI tool that you can communicate in the DMs, but now Claude have replaced that and ManyChat have replaced that.
Does ManyChat and Claude work together?
Yes, they work together.
Can you hook mines up to have conversations with people?
Absolutely. And the benefit of Claude and ManyChat working together is it becomes so natural, the conversation's more natural, because I mean, I'm agency owner of HighLevel, right? So I think last year I won my first award with them as an agency owner.
Oh, talk to me.
So I love HighLevel, right? However, the connection between ManyChat and Claude is better as far as the AI agent communicate in the DMs versus the HighLevel AI agent.
Will you program it? Program— can, can ManyChat integrate with ChatGPT?
I don't think so.
It has to be Claude, Claude. But it'll be better than just doing those random setting it up. So every day now when I post, if I post every day, I have to go to ManyChat real quick and create the responses.
So you can create an AI agent that pretty much tells ManyChat, hey, this is the keyword that I want to utilize, go ahead and set this up. Like, you can— Claude is so amazing to where then there's other tools, but Cloud, you can speak directly to Cloud via tools like your iMessage, through Telegram, through WhatsApp, and you can say, hey, I need you to create content for me today based on this pain point of my ideal client. It'll go in and create that automation for you or create that content. So if I wanted to, like, I created a, um, social media content system, so I call it the Content Bot. So now all I have to do is tell Claude, once I have everything integrated, that I want to create 30 pieces of content based on my ideal client pain points, based on my upcoming events, and it'll create the design, the graphics, and schedule it to my social media pages for me.
Man, I'm telling y'all right now, I'm working with Millie. I know I asked permission at the beginning, but yeah, bro, she using more stuff than what we, what we doing right now. My team got me working too hard. I love them. I'm not going— we, we added Millie to the team, all right, because, uh, Millie got the fire. So I would not possibly have to answer DM. Can I post something and say this is for an event on March 1st, here's the link to the event for people to register, go have the conversation with them when they respond? Just you just talk to them, hey, how you doing, where are you from, yes, we could help with land. Yes, we're going to the auction on 21st. Join this Telegram group and I'll see you there. Show up, and here's the direction.
Absolutely. By leveraging the GoHighLevel platform, Klot and Minichat can do all of that for you. So the goal is, like you said, to set everything up. Once you give it instructions or the prompt and you set up everything on the back end, you're pretty much removing yourself from your business because your system is doing it all for you.
And then I'll just see people booking.
Yes, leads coming in, book calls coming in, sales coming in, digital products. And that's how you create and you print money for yourself.
You gonna bring a lot of online coaches back when they watch this. They're coming back to the game. The reason that I think people leave the space is because there's— it's too much work.
It's too much work. Absolutely.
It's too much. The reason, like, I used to do online challenges, but I don't because it's too much work. It's like, like it consumes you for the 6 weeks up to it, then the day off, the days of, every single day. It just overly consumes you. So, but it's the right way. It's the fastest way to make 6 figures in a day, 7 figures in a day. It really is. But it's a lot of work. And if you can remove that work Like, I think you can make more people a lot more money in this space, which will ultimately help us because things are moving so fast now. We actually need coaching. Like, coaching now— coaching, coaching today is needed now more than ever because things are changing so fast. So if you're an expert in AI, ChatGPT, Claude, ManyChat, HighLevel, if you— and, and they all change so fast, right?
Changing every day.
If you're an expert expert in those, I don't have to learn all of those things. I can just pay you and get the benefit of all of the, um, all of the tools and systems.
And that's the benefit, like, we're working with me is like, I don't just give you here's a system. I give you the strategy. I help you with the marketing message. I help you pretty much everything that goes into being successful online. You need it all. We can't leave marketing on the table and say, hi, I want build a system. You build a system but you don't have— you don't understand your market and your offer, and how can you make money? Because you're not— you can't convey that message. So I was talking to a guy and he was like, well, I could just pay you to build me a template. Why would— a template is not going to help you. It's not going to get you anywhere. Like, I can give you— or I could just pay you to build me a webinar or give me a webinar template. Yeah, I can give you a webinar template, but do you know how to run that system? Yeah, you know how to Do you know the strategies behind running a successful webinar, a challenge, and a high-ticket offer? So that's where I come in in regards to coaching as well as the growth strategy aspect of it is a lot of business owners sick making 6, 7 figures online but still need the help. Of course they still need— what do I do to create more, more leads? How can I close more clients? So you still need the strategy behind it all as well.
Yeah, Millie, you're going to bring a lot of people back into the space. As long as you guys could help, as long as you guys can teach people, as long as you guys can impact our people and make change, like, welcome back, guys. A milli will help you. I'ma just say it, y'all gotta do ads for sure. Ads are a cheat code. And what I was thinking, what I was trying to get you to say, because I want you to work with— I wanted you to almost qualify somebody who doesn't have a big following. But if somebody doesn't have don't have a big following and a lot of motion, but they're willing to spend money on marketing and ads, can it work for them too?
Absolutely. So if you're, if you're not as established online but you have the revenue behind you to be able to pay for ads to help you get more online visibility, such as what we're doing here today, right, getting on podcasts, doing interviews, because again, when it— although you may not have tens of thousands of followers online If you're running ads, people are still going to land on that social media page. So you got to show that you're moving and shaking. You got to show that you are what you say you're doing and you're active in the business. So ads is going to help— is definitely going to help you scale faster, but you still got to be moving and shaking. So 1,000 followers or no followers, how can we help you create more visibility? Doing podcasts, doing interviews. Views so you can build your brand.
You're doing all of that?
Yes.
As far as the growth, you're gonna take somebody from like basically like, like nobody online— not nobody, but from very few followers to really legitimately— and I say $100,000 a day because I know how possible it is. It's really breaking— broken down into like a framework, a framework, right? Math. It's, it's science to $100,000 in a day. You just have to have X amount of people in the room, a really good offer. And I also learned this: the price of your offer doesn't matter much. If you got a good offer, it will sell, right? The pricing— and I'm gonna say it again— the price of your offer does not matter. What matters is that you have a really good offer. If your offer is good, it will sell, and it's about the payoff.
A lot of, a lot of times people try to sell, like you said about the price, they try to position the price but don't even truly understand their own payoff. Yeah, right. So we sell the pieces to the puzzle, but people don't understand the transformation and the payoff that they will receive by paying you $10,000, by paying you $20,000.
We might have to do a part 2 because now you talking about closing. You talking about pitching and closing and how to pitch and close. Are you teaching people that too? Yes. You're teaching people to not talk about, oh, we have 6 one-on-ones. We have an admin that's going to be with you and walk you through. Not talking about all the work it's going to take.
Because it's going to overwhelm people. They hear all these lists of things that you're giving them. That's not it. But haven't even heard the transformation yet. How you going to help me transform my life?
Right. So you want to talk about now you're going to become X, which will allow you more time freedom and flexibility to do the things that you really like to do in life.
Absolutely.
So when you make that offer, if you— if they can understand how you're going to get them from where they are now to getting there, you have a higher chance to convert that offer.
Absolutely.
I love it.
Absolutely.
So for $100,000 a day, you take a $5,000 offer and you get it sold to 20 people, right? That's $100,000. A normal conversion rate of an online event is how much? What's a— what's a standard— what's the standard conversion?
Typically, most coaches that we work with, you typically want to see a 5 to 20%.
5 to 20%.
Let's just say—
so let's say 10. So if you have— and now we breaking down how to make $100,000 $100,000 in one day. If you have 200 people and 10% take it, take advantage of your offer or buy your offer at $5,000, that's 20 people. That's your $100,000 day.
Absolutely.
How fast have you seen that done?
Like, honestly, I was just like, you know, in less than an hour. When that— when we get to the pitching aspect of it. I was just on one of my clients' webinar just last week, and her offer was $10,000. So imagine, like, you get— she had like over 200-some people in the room, but of course everybody ain't quite ready. They may not have the funds. But if you have a $10,000 offer, you got over 200 people in a room, and just 10 people take the offer, you just—
$200,000.
Exactly, guys.
This stuff is real. I know I know it doesn't sound real, it doesn't sound like doable and things like that, but I'm part of a community of individuals that make this type of money all the time. Whatever industry it is, it doesn't matter. Um, doesn't matter how many people are in the industry, it does— like, very little matters. What matters is that you have systems, processes, structures place and that you're able to do the marketing. And I'm just being frank with you guys, um, some of us aren't— most of us aren't perfect. We just have people behind us and we're finding ways to do the thing that will get us to the end result. And even if you had a bad day and you only made $90,000 from your online event, that's not making that in a year. Most people is not making that in a year. Yeah, right. So that is amazing. So Millie, um, tell the audience right there, how do they find you and how do they sign up with you?
Yeah, so you can find me on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube at Funnel Queen.
Funnel Queen with a K.
Funnel Queen with a K. So F-U-N-N-E-L-K-W-E-E-N.
Funnel Queen with a K. All right. And do you— are you having like Being the— in the position you are, are you having like an online summit or a workshop or anything like that?
Absolutely. So if you're on an online business, right, online business already making $10,000, $20,000, and you're ready to start hitting the consistent $50,000 to $100,000 a month, I'm having my Systems to Scale Summit August 3rd through August 5th. If you want to go ahead and lock in with me, you can find me again on all social medias and you can comment scale in the comment section.
How much is it to, um, to get in?
It's $97.
$97. Can I sponsor 5 people?
Absolutely, we would love to have you do that.
The first 5 people that comment Queen, K-W-E-E-N, on this podcast, I'm going to sponsor you $97 so you can get into the challenge. What's the challenge name again?
Systems to Scale.
Systems to Scale. Um, I'm gonna be there. I'll be right— wait, do I need to be there? Because I'm just gonna hire you. You don't even have— I already— so when they, when they told me, like, I got an opportunity to interview Millie the Funnel Queen, I was already sold. I was like, I'm gonna ask if I could work with her one way or another. Well, was that the beginning, the end, or what? I was gonna ask you. So could I just hire you?
Absolutely.
Yeah, perfect. Well, I'm gonna Do I need to go or not?
Well, you can definitely come if you want to learn more about me, learn more about the systems, the strategies. But if you're ready to rock and roll, let's go ahead and implement these systems. All right, you just have a person that say, hey, I don't want to do the work, I just need you to put it in place.
I got two people to call. One is my funnel guy, one is my ad guy. I'm a loyal individual. They're like family to me. I love these guys. They've made— we've made like a lot of money together, but it was so much work. I'm gonna tell her like, yo bro, I need like, you know, we gotta bring in—
yeah, you know, that's a good thing though because you have a lot of online businesses that may already have some team members in place. They may have a funnel designer, they may have an automations person. That doesn't remove me from what it is that we do to help you scale even further, like the system. And we go— some people may not even know all the systems. They may be a funnel person, yeah, but don't know the right systems that runs a webinar, the right systems that run a challenge. So that's what we still come in and we have the value behind it. Not only just that, but the strategies, the resources, the tools that we're going to help share with you to help you scale that webinar campaign.
I love it, guys. You heard it first on the Real Estate Newsroom. Sign up, click the link below. The, the link to the challenge is going to be in the description of the video. Thank you guys for watching. Until next episode, I'll see you soon. Thank you so much.
