This Land Flipping Software changed my Real Estate Business, and you get it free.

Hey guys, I wanted to share with you some of my softwares and systems that I use. I used to use spreadsheets and it was so clunky and like so unorganized and out of order. I have like so many properties. So one of the things I wanted to share with you guys was a free trial to the software that I use. It organizes my properties and as soon as I get leaked, so I have a list of all, all of my properties in this software. It's called Go High level. So before GoHighLevel I was getting like one sale a week. Now I, I get one sale per day. Of course those are, that's on average but just take a look at what I'm able to do. So I have what's called a text workflow. And, and here's the best thing. They allowed me to share my workflow if you got the free trial underneath. So this, these workflows actually show all the text that I'm sending out to my clients but I just press a button and add people to this work. So workflow. It's like the simplest thing. I don't know what my land flipping business would be without this software. So this is my initial message. Then I wait, I wait a day before I send something back just to see if they responded or not. I send another one but I don't send it. These are, this is what's called a workflow, this is automation and this is what I love about this system. So I wait another day and then I send another one. By the time that I get to number three, the price drop alert. This is like the secret sauce, right? When the price drop hits they usually call or text me back. Most are, I have half email and half text and they just automatically go out to start the conversation for, for sales for my land flipping business.
