You're about to discover the two biggest secrets to create unstoppable unlimited confidence. Now, that might sound dramatic, like unlimited, but it truly is. Because confidence is a muscle, and the more you practice it, the stronger the muscle gets. But what's even better about the muscle of confidence versus, like, physical muscle is there's no limit. I mean, there's a limit to how large you can get, how strong a muscle can get. Have you ever seen, look it up on YouTube or on Google if you want to freak yourself out. Like, unusually large biceps, you can find videos of guys who've taken it way too far. And their bicep, they just look like a weird insect creature. So there's a downside to taking your physical muscles too far, but not the muscle of confidence. Because confidence is not a tangible physical thing. It is a state of consciousness. It's a pattern of thought, focus, emotion, capacity in yourself and in the world. And so the bigger and the stronger and the more unlimited it gets, the more you get to be you, the more you get to do what you're here to do. So what are the two key things that you can do right now, today to sustainably build this for infinity? Basically, your confidence muscle. The first thing, acceptance. Now that one might sound, I don't know, kind of try. You probably heard it before, like, oh, yeah, acceptance, accepting things. I think that's good, right? But I don't know if you get how absolutely essential this is every moment of the day for you to build the confidence that you want. Let me give you a few quick examples. What do you not accept about yourself right now? When I ask clients of this, there's at least half a dozen things they can rattle off the top of their head. I don't like this. I get nervous in this situation. I don't like my hair. I don't like the, you know, how I am at work, or, oh, I'm not attractive or whatever. There's a list of things that right now you're not accepting about yourself and that, that's hemorrhaging your confidence. So there's a self acceptance, a huge self acceptance component, but it goes even beyond that because so much of the fear that I help clients with every day, well, I don't want to speak up in this way because what if my boss gets upset with me or what if I have conflict with somebody, or what if my friend doesn't like that, or, oh, what if they say no to me and I get rejected? Right? All these scenarios that we're scared of every Single one of those is an opportunity to practice acceptance. What if that person does say no to you? What if so and so gets upset with you? I can't, I can't handle that. I got to get out of here. Wait, wait, slow down. That is exactly where you need to go and practice acceptance. And you could do this even before you have the conflict or before you put yourself in a situation where you might get rejected. Practice ahead of time imagining what would happen if someone rejected me. And if your nervous system freaks out, that's an opportunity for you to practice acceptance. That's the first key component. The second key component to building unlimited confidence is action. There's the two A's here today, right? Acceptance and action. If there is a cure all or a panacea when it comes to building confidence, which there isn't, it's a. It's a collection of, you know, skills and it's a multiple components to build it over time. But if there was one thing, it would be action, my friend. Especially when combined with acceptance. So action. What does that mean? Do what scares you in the service of something greater. Do what scares you until fear has no power to stop you. Do what scares you so you can create something extraordinary with this time that you have on this planet. Because here's the thing on the other side of what you're afraid of is what you're here to do is love, is relationship, is connection, is meaning, is purpose, is the higher states that the best feelings that you might want to feel. All of that, anything meaningful or worthwhile is on the other side of fear. So we have to do what scares us. So that means in a sustainable, consistent way. And that's key. Not just do a bunch of crazy action, blow yourself out of the water and then be overwhelmed and quit in a sustainable way, bit by bit, taking action, leaning into that edge of fear. If you lean into the action, accept outcomes, accept yourself, lean into action, accept outcomes, accept yourself again and again and again, you will continually grow to unlimited levels of confidence.
