A short motivational piece by Dr. Aziz asking viewers to identify three simple daily practices that reliably increase their confidence. He models the task with his own example (going for a run and getting outside) and encourages small, repeatable habits—physical, social, or action-based—that support feeling confident for the day.

You're about to discover three things that are going to make you more confident. And guess what? I'm not even going to tell you what they are. You're going to tell me what they are. Now, before you turn off this video, let me explain. I just did this with a group of clients last night where I had people identify three things that you know. When you do them each day, you feel more confident because you know the patterns in your life. For me, it was when I get outside, I go for a run, I step away from the screen, step away from the computer. I get out there, I breathe the fresh air. I'm going to feel more confident that day. That's one of mine. I'm curious what yours are. What are the simple little things? Maybe they're little habits, little practices, something you could do in five minutes or 10 minutes. It's going to support you feel confident for the entire day. Maybe it's taking a little bold action. Maybe if one person was taking a cold shower in the morning. Small things, big things, social things, physical things, whatever it is, identify those three and then go do them.
