Okay, so your confidence is increasing, right? You're studying these videos, you're reading my books, you're practicing, you're learning, you're growing, you're seeing results. Maybe listen to my podcast, too. Shrink for the shy guy, or going through Confidence University, my remote training program, right? Something good is happening. You're growing. It's awesome. And maybe you're scared of that. Maybe you're scared that people are going to notice you. Maybe you don't want it to go too fast, because what if people say, hey, what's gotten into you? Do you notice that? Do you have that fear? Just recently, this came up. We had a live event weekend, and we had a Mastermind retreat before that. People on Mastermind program, just massive growth. And one of the guys there was like, I feel permanently changed inside. And he was on the plane ride home, and he said, like, I just feel so different. I feel so free. I am going to be me. I've been holding back for so long. I am done. I'm going to be me. And then he got home and he was being him. You know what he's like in his natural essence, in his state, he's like, he's excitable, he's engaged, he's interested, he's wanting to talk to people. He's expressive. He's even giving people high fives. He's just alive. And, you know, contrast that to before. He was just totally shut down, Quiet, no eye contact. And so he's coming back, he's feeling great. He's more himself than ever. But this thought goes into his head. He's like, wait a minute, What. What are friends gonna think? What are colleagues gonna think? When I go out of town and come back and I go from shut down to, like, totally confident and loud and alive and expressive and a leader, it's like, what are they gonna think? Do you relate to that? Do you have that fear? And I thought, wait a minute, isn't that interesting? Like, would you love a radical transformation in your confidence? I'm not talking about a little more confidence. I'm talking about just explosive growth. You being totally free to be you. Bold as fuck, confident, outgoing, loud, whatever you want to be able to pursue your passion, do the work that you want, express yourself in the ways that you want. Of course you would want that. Why else would you be watching this channel otherwise spending time with me? Because that's what I'm about, too. And we're kindred spirits. We both want the same thing, and yet at the same time, we want it, but we're scared of getting it because what if someone judges me for that? And I was like, man, humans, we're crazy. But here's the thing, you don't really have a choice. I mean, it's not a real choice, right? The choice is to either be you live, you live the life that you're meant to live. Become the, you know, from the seed of the oak tree, the acorn, become the oak that you're meant to be. This magnificent creation. Or what, stunt it, shut it down, cover it up, don't water it, keep it dark so that someone out there might not judge it because they themselves have been afraid to let their light shine. No, fuck that, right? So you don't really have a choice. So the next thing to do is just own it. So, yeah, you get home from a weekend or you watch one of these videos and you want to make a big change and someone's like, well, you're being different, say, yeah, I'm experimenting with something. That's it. You don't have to say what you're experimenting with or what you watched. I mean, you could if you want. If you want to spread the word about the channel. That would be awesome. Yeah, I'm watching this guy, Dr. Z's. He's great and he's handsome and he's got really nice shirts. The same four that he always wears in the videos anyway, you know, but you don't have to. You can just say, yeah, I'm trying something new. Or I felt like being a little more energetic today. Or I'm experimenting with being a little bit more outgoing. Just a one liner. It doesn't matter what it is, just pick one and use it. Use it repeatedly. Yeah, I thought I'd be experimenting with a little bit more outgoing or I thought I'd be a little more. I wanted to connect more. That's a great one. One of the people that I worked with just started telling people, yeah, I just felt like I wanted to connect and have fun more. And he must have used that line a dozen times. If anyone asks him, his friends, old friends asked him. Yeah, I just felt like I was kind of holding back and I just want to connect and have more fun. And you know how people respond to that. Oh, cool. Think about that. Who's going to be like, connect and have fun more. Be more expressive. What are you doing? Shut up. Right? First of all, if someone does that, either directly or indirectly, you don't necessarily need that in your life. And you can withdraw energy from that relationship, even if it's someone that you work with or something, well, just don't interact with them as much if you want. Or just keep beaming it out and let them deal with it. Do not conform to preserve the familiarity of others. Be you. Be 100% you. And here's the thing, no one, like everyone, adapts incredibly rapidly. So don't put it on them. Just choose to be you. Make it bolder and brighter. Have a quick one liner and then don't stop. Keep growing faster and faster. One last thing I'll say about this, there is no shame in growth. There is no shame in rapid transformation. I love that about myself. It's one of my superpowers. It's probably one of your superpowers too. So let's own that shit. Be like, yeah, I grow fast. And then instead of people judging you for it, people respect you for it, people are drawn to you for it, people want to learn from you for it. And so there's really nothing to hide. You can be you. Beautiful. Share below. What have you said as a result? If someone asks you about it? What are some lines you've used? How do you deal with this? How do we all grow together and support each other? And if you want further support, check out my Facebook page. We'll have a link down below. It's a group that we're. It's free to join so you can be surrounded with people, even if out there someone judges you. But come back here and get charged up with people who are on the same path as you. It's called confidence warriors. And if you want to be part of that group, it's absolutely free. It's just part of wanting to be in community with me and people like us.
