When you're anxious, when you're stuck, when you're frustrated in some way, most likely you are having a certain thought stream about the situation, right? Like, this isn't fair. This is too hard. I don't like that person. I'll never solve this. I can't do it. Right? And then we feel bad, we feel disempowered. What's actually happening behind that is there's a question we're asking ourselves again and again and again throughout the day. So if you have the thought like, oh my gosh, something could, you know, bad could happen to my health, you might actually be asking the question unconsciously. What could go wrong with my health? What could go wrong in this situation? How will this not work out? What if this doesn't work out? What if no one comes to my birthday party? No. What if no one buys that product? What if I get fired? You know, the what ifs. That's another series of awful questions. How do I get this person to like me? Am I good enough? Why? Why doesn't no one want to date me? Right? I mean, we could go on and on, but those background questions create a lot of suffering. And so if you want to ask, if you want to get better result and change your thinking process, you can intentionally ask a better question. Better questions are, how can I. How can I date more? How can I feel more attractive right now? It. How can I achieve the result that you want? Right? How can I increase my sales? How can I increase my income? How can I create a better work environment for myself? Whatever it is, how can I. Powerful question.
