Short motivational monologue by Dr. Aziz encouraging viewers to confront the fear of not being liked. He argues that avoiding potential rejection (people-pleasing or silence) strengthens fear and that deliberately facing dislikes and rejections—expecting 'no' or disapproval—liberates and expands one's life.

Deep down, we're all just afraid of not being liked, right? I mean, they're gonna reject me, people are gonna judge me. Underneath all that is I'm afraid I'm not gonna be liked. I'm not gonna be approved of. So bring on the dislike. I mean, ultimately, when it comes to any fear, the only way to truly liberate ourselves is to confront that fear, to face that fear, maybe a bit at a time, but ultimately, if we don't face it, it just gets stronger. And so if you're trying to position and posture and people please to get approval, you're avoiding the fear. If you're holding back and staying totally silent, you're avoiding the fear. In either case, the fear grows. So how do we break free? You confront the fear. Bring on the dislike. Expect that you're going to get some dislike. Whether it's in a post you share or a conversation you have or asking somebody for something, you're going to get a no. And not just a no, but some version of I don't like you. And if you're running from that in your life, your life is going to be really, really small. So let's bring on the dislike.
