Confidence is not something that you're born with, that you get by luck. Confidence is much more like a muscle that you can build. And in this short video, I'm going to share exactly how you can build that muscle. And this isn't just from my own experience or observation. This is from actually working with thousands of people and teaching them how to build confidence over the years. And the number one way to build your confidence in any area, social life, your dating life, your career, is to lean in. What do I mean by that? To lean in. There's going to be a moment throughout the day, probably many moments throughout the day, where there's going to be something that you want to shy away from. Oh, I don't want to speak up there. They're going to judge me. I don't want to approach that person there. They're too attractive. Whatever it is, there's that flinch, pullback response. That's the moment that you want to lean in. And when you lean in just once a day, just find one opportunity to do it today. If you do that over the course of weeks and months, you will build an extremely powerful confidence muscle that will change the course of your entire life.
