Welcome to the confidence coaching section of this website. If you're here, then I'm guessing you have three questions that are somewhere in your mind. Maybe not in the front of your mind, but maybe somewhere rattling around in the back of your head. Maybe it's because you came across a YouTube video or a blog or something that you read that led you here, where you thought, well, maybe there's something that I can do about this. Maybe I'm not stuck like this forever. Maybe there's that shadow of a doubt about the idea that you're stuck and you're starting to have open to the possibility that maybe something could be different for me. But when you get here, there's three questions, and I think they're healthy questions, and I want to address each one of them. The first question is, you know, who is this guy, really? Because on some level, don't we think, like, isn't everything on the Internet potentially a scam? Who is this guy, really? I just see some videos on the Internet. Can I really trust this person? And does he really have something to offer? And I'm going to answer that first question because it's important and it's good that you're checking that out because there's a lot of stuff on the Internet that, to be honest, is kind of bunk. Is someone who just took a weekend training and now is offering something. It doesn't mean they can't help people, but they also might not have a full skill set. They might not be working with a full deck. And I myself am working with a full deck. From first and foremost, an extensive personal experience with shyness and social anxiety and a lack of confidence that held me back for over 10 years in my life. In fact, that's the average length of time that someone with social anxiety will wait before they're going to seek out some level of help. Is 10 years, a decade of life passing you by? And I was no different. I was in the same boat. And then I went on a. With a fire and a passion. You'll learn more about this as we get to know each other, but with a fire and a passion. I was like, I have to figure this out. And I started doing programs and going to seminars, and I read hundreds of books on psychology and confidence and personal development. And then on top of that, though it's not just my own personal journey. I was driven. I started to go. I went and got a doctorate in clinical psychology. That means you do therapy and talk therapy with people and help them work through their issues. So I Spent years studying at Stanford and Palo Alto universities, learning how to help people break through issues, all kinds of issues. Then I started to narrow in on men with social anxiety. And now I've worked with hundreds of men with social anxiety to help them produce dramatic shifts in their lives. And so I have an extensive broad range of experience that can help me really relate to you on a personal level, but then bring in all these tools that I've learned on a clinical level. But the second question you might have is, but can this really work? Does he really have something that can actually produce a result? Sure, he got some training and stuff, but can he really help me? And that's a very important question to ask. And the answer to that is yes, that shyness is not some illness. And social anxiety isn't some disease that you contracted and are just stuck with for the rest of your life. It's not some genetic breakdown in your DNA. It is a learned pattern of thoughts, beliefs about yourself and about the world around you. Emotions that result, anxiety, fear, shame, not feeling like you're good enough, and then behaviors which is in holding ourselves back, inhibiting ourselves, not believing in ourselves, not taking action, taking rejection so personally that we're scared to try. That's the kind of stuff that social anxiety is made up out of. And each of those things can be addressed and dismantled using powerful techniques that have been proven in clinical settings like cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, emotional freedom technique, but then also using a wide variety of techniques that I've drawn from it. Eastern medicine, meditation, all kinds of things that are tried and true, not just in a laboratory, because I don't want to just only do stuff that has been proven in a laboratory, but say, hey, is this proven in my own personal experience and with the people that I've worked with? And if this has worked for me and someone else, let's try it. Because, hey, let's try anything if it can help you shift. So there's dozens of tools and techniques and tricks that we can use to produce that shift. Then the third question that you might have, which is, I know a question that I had before I started on my own personal journey, is, is this really going to work for me? You know, what if it doesn't? What if I get my hopes up and I get excited and then I'm just more devastated and more down than before? And I spent many years not wanting to try because it just felt so. It felt worse to get my hopes up and then have them devastated and then just to feel kind of a Low level of hopelessness. But my response to that is a question which is if you don't try something and you don't take a risk here, are things going to be any different tomorrow or the next day or the next month? And I know from my own experience and you probably know from yours that months can go by, years can go by, and we can be hoping that something just magically shifts and. But it doesn't until we take the risk. And I know that if we get to know each other and we talk, we'll talk in the beginning and I'll get an assessment. Is this really a good fit? Do I feel like this is going to be a vehicle for transformation for you? And if it is, and we're a green light, then I think there's an incredible potential for you to change so many things in your life, to really start to dream again, to set goals for yourself about relationships. Maybe you want to pursue beautiful, attractive women and have dating experiences and adventures and outlandish sexual experiences. Maybe you want to settle down and have an amazing relationship, a deep love connection with a partner. Maybe you want to get married and start a family. Maybe you want to start your own business. Maybe you want to increase your level of confidence at work so you can lead people and learn how to be more assertive. Whatever the area that you want to grow in, you can. And I want to be part of that journey to help you. So by all means, check out the page below, enter your name and email in the contact form and it'll send me an email and we can get started in contact. The most important thing is that you don't talk yourself out of it because look, I am like you in so many ways. Don't be fooled by me talking to a camera which might look like takes a lot of confidence. Oh, he just has that. He's always been that way. No, I was so terrified I would avoid public speaking with a ten foot pole. If you wanted me to go start a conversation with a woman who was even smiling at me, I wouldn't do it. So I was so stuck, so held back. Don't be fooled by the fact that I don't look that way now because you can be this way too and I can help you get there. So go ahead and enter your information below and I look forward to speaking with you and hopefully working with you in the future.
