You see, in conversations, there's two roles, right? There's the driver.
Who is steering, who's.
Asking the questions, who's sharing stories, who's.
Following up and.
Guiding where the conversation goes.
And then there's the passenger, the one who is responding.
Answering the questions that are asked of them.
And often sitting there more passively.
And if you want to become confident, you need to be willing to drive.
That means you practice initiating conversations, you practice asking questions, you practice sharing information before someone has asked me the right question to unlock it out of you. And as you practice driving, you will notice your conversation confidence skyrocket.
