Dr. Aziz introduces the idea of becoming a "Supremely Confident Conversation Master," mentions a related three-day in-person event, and invites viewers to challenge self-limiting beliefs rooted in social anxiety. He contrasts identity-based thinking ("I am socially anxious") with the view that anxiety is a learned pattern and a practice that can be changed.

Do you want to be a Supremely Confident Conversation Master? Does that term even make sense for you? We're just finishing setting up for a three day in person event focused exactly on helping people become Conversation Masters. Now, when I lived with social anxiety for many years in my life, if you had told me, you can become a Conversation Master, I would have rolled my eyes. Because I was identified with having social anxiety. This is who I am, and therefore that's all that I'm capable of. And so when you hear the term Supremely Confident Conversation Master, can you become a Conversation Master? Do you think that's even possible for yourself? And there's a party that instantly writes that off and rolls your eyes, then stop and pay attention to that. Because if you're telling yourself already that you're stuck, that it's impossible, that you'll never become that Conversation Master, then you never will be. And if you want to change it and change it fast, start to challenge that old story that social anxiety is who you are. It's not who you are, it's something that you do, and it's a practice that you can change Now.
