Are you a nice person who's afraid of disagreeing with people because you don't want to upset them? You don't want them to not like you or have some problem in the relationship? Well, here's my invitation for you disagree with someone today. Now here's a caveat. I don't mean some online BS comment battle. Anyone can do that. Even the nicest, most socially anxious people can be tough behind their keyboard. They're a baller behind their keyboard. But when it comes to actual human contact and they need to make a differing opinion at work or say something, you know, I see it differently than you. Or they can actually talk to the person, have a conversation and hold your own, then where timid, right? So I don't mean some BS online comment. I mean in your real life, in a conversation, have a different opinion. You don't have to say you're wrong and I'm right. Just say, you know, I see it differently. Or oh, you think that, huh? I'm not sure about that. Or I see it differently. So you find a way to disagree today and you're going to start to unlock a superpower which is you being able to speak up for yourself in every area of life.
