Try this one powerful technique to actually shift your confidence in an instant. Let's do it together. Right now. What I want you to do is roll your shoulders back so your chest comes forward, your heart comes forward. Take a full breath right into your heart. And then I want you to focus your attention for a moment on someone that you have brought value to their life. It could be from five minutes ago or five years ago, someone that you love, someone that you gave a gift, someone that you just had a kind word with or listened to and supported them in their life. Actually do this now. Focus on that person. Do that for about 30 seconds as you breathe into your heart and your whole nervous system will reset and all of a sudden you'll stop focusing on me and am I enough? Am I good enough? What other people to think about me? You start to focus on other people. You start to focus outside of yourself. You start to remember who you really are, and your confidence will naturally rise like never before.
