Dr. Aziz's Next LIVE Event - "Less Nice, MORE YOU!"

YouTube promotional video (April 4, 2017) for Dr. Aziz’s live weekend in Portland titled 'Less Nice, MORE YOU!' / 'Ultimate Confidence Breakthrough.' Dr. Aziz outlines three core objectives: eliminate fear of rejection, remove embarrassment, and become more assertive/authentic ("less nice, more you"). He promotes an early-bird ticket price ($9.97 vs $19.97; later $19.97? — video also references full price $1997) and emphasizes immersive, action-focused transformation across three days. The video includes several participant testimonials describing finding Aziz via a book, YouTube, or referrals and reporting significant gains in social confidence, dating, work presentations, and personal purpose.

What would your life be like if you could one, eliminate your fear of rejection and then two, be unable to be embarrassed and then three, stop being a nice, pleasing person and instead be the most powerful, bold, authentic version of you in the world. If you were able to do those things, what would your life be like? Would you. What would transform for you? What would change in an instant? Would it be your relationships or your attempts at creating relationships? Maybe you'd actually start getting more responses instead of being ignored. Maybe speaking of being ignored in your business, in your career, in your company, people would take you more seriously, they would listen to you. Maybe you could speak up for yourself and be assertive instead of being passive and afraid all the time of conflict or disagreement. Maybe you could create the life that you want, have the relationships that you want, the career that you want, the friendships that you want, and ultimately the feelings that you want on a day to day basis, which is to feel free, expressive, alive, vital and authentic.
Like you.
Authentic you being you. Because there's no greater pain than you not being you in the world. You pretending and then you being afraid that people are going to find out, or feeling fake or false feeling not quite, quite good enough feeling not quite you. You can shift all of that by changing those three things. So what would that be like? And forget for a second about if that's possible for you, because the truth is, I believe that it is if you're willing to do what it takes. And those are the three objectives of my upcoming live weekend in Portland. We have three weekends a year that I do. This one, the summer one, is focused on exactly that. It's called the ultimate confidence breakthrough. And first and foremost we're looking at being less nice and more you. And that involves eliminating your fear of being rejected by others and not being able to be embarrassed in any situation at all. And then just being you and bringing that out. And when you do, magical things happen. I mean, people are way more attracted to you because. Because you're being you and you're not self conscious about it. You are way more powerful because you can speak up for yourself, ask for what you want, say what you want, do what you want, disagree and challenge when you need to. And ultimately you're able to create the things and achieve the things that you want because you're no longer held back by so much fear. Because that fear of rejection, man, that's what kills us in our dating life or romantic life and our professional life. I mean, there's everything that you want, you're moving towards you're moving towards. And then that fear, like, are people not going to like me? Is no one going to like that? Is that okay? And that fear is what stops almost everything that we want to create in our life from happening or at least slows it way down. So I want to invite you to come join me. We're doing the early bird special right now. And during this you can get the ticket for half off. So it's just $9.97 instead of $19.97. It's an incredible deal. And these three days are going to be completely life transforming. Every weekend that we have has been that way and people come in feeling like, unsure, like, what is this place? Should I even be here? And they leave in three days being like, wow, I can do things that I've never done before. And almost not only I can, I have done things this weekend because these weekends are all about getting into action. I mean, you're going to learn a ton of extremely valuable stuff and tools and strategies because you got to have the tools and the strategies to know how to deal with rejection, how to not be embarrassed. Like, that's a bold claim. How do we actually do that? So I'm going to show you how to do that and that's a good step. But then you're going to do that and feel that shift. And that's where the transformation is. That's why the immersion experiences are so powerful and that's why people keep coming back, is because they see this turbo boost the shift and then turbo boost in the right direction because so many of us are heading down that wrong direction. That direction of we're really afraid of rejection so we don't put ourselves out there. And then we're really easily embarrassed. So we're a much more constricted version of ourselves. And then we're too scared of upsetting people. I want to please you. Don't be upset with me. I hope everyone likes me. Ah. And then we're just moving through life, just looking at what everyone else wants and trying to make everything smooth and ultimately not living our own lives. And at the very ultimate end, perhaps even regretting the life that we lived. And I don't want that for you. So we're going to get you off of that path, shift it, and then give you a turbo boost in the right direction. That's all going to happen in this one weekend. Yes. We're going to do those exact three things. Help you eliminate your fear of rejection, be unable to be embarrassed. That one's Going to be fun. That's why I'm smiling. And the third one is how to be less nice and more boldly you, which means stuff about assertiveness, speaking up for yourself, asking for what you want, letting go of needing to self sacrifice and always say yes and being able to say no and being able to have a healthy self interest and eliminate all the guilt around that as well. Because being able to do it, then feeling incredibly guilty, that's not really what you want, right? You want to be free. That means being able to do it and feel good about it. And that's what we're going to be focusing on in the weekend. So I want to invite you to click below to join me. Now, the room size is limited. This keeps the events more intimate so we can all get to know each other. And so tickets are going to sell out. They did last time and they will this time. So you want to click below to get your spot now and then because after the early bird, the tickets go back to the full price at 1997. And at the end of this video you're going to see some people that have been coming to events or in my Mastermind program and come to several events and you get to hear about their experiences. And I think it's extremely valuable because they're just like you and just like me, where we all started. Very held back and restricted and afraid. And it's possible for anyone and everyone, no matter who you are, to break free if you're willing to do what it takes. And that means getting out of the safety and the comfort zone of reading books at home and watching videos and not really doing anything and putting something on the line and say, I'm going to go to this thing, I'm going to do this. And it's unknown and could be uncomfortable and it's a risk, but it's worth it because I know something else is possible for me. And I would encourage you to take that risk and to join me on this journey. Because if there's anyone that gets this, it's me. And I spent so many years so terrified of rejection, so easily embarrassed and just the nicest guy you'd ever meet. To the point where I was basically just trying to get, just please everyone. I didn't even know who I was. And so when someone asked me, what do you want? I'd be like, I, I don't know. It really depends upon what all of you want, right? I don't even know who I was. And one by one I shifted and broke through each of those and built the muscle of learning how to do it. So not only do I know the road ahead for you and like the strategies, but I'm there in the weekend working with people, doing coaching, helping you make the shift real time. Because this weekend is not about a bunch more strategies. It's about getting you into bold, powerful action and ultimately becoming the most free and expressed version of you. So that's what we're going to be doing together. I would love to join you for that weekend and have you come and get the chance to meet you face to face and get to know you. Maybe even watching my videos or reading my book or listening to my podcast for a long time. And if so, trust me, now is the time your mind might be saying, well, wait a minute, maybe the next one. Maybe, maybe the next one. Trust me now. In fact, one last thing here. When people in the Mastermind have been in the program for a while, that means people that do regular group coaching and come to the live events and stuff when they share about their experience. A common theme that I've heard is I wish I'd done something like this sooner in my life, or I wish I'd known something about this, like this existed earlier in my life. And these guys are not like in their 60s, right? You know, the people in the Mastermind are in their 30s or 40s and yet, you know, we would want to have done it sooner. And so if you're wondering, now is the time. And if you resonated with, you've read one of my books and you liked it, or you listen to my podcast or watch my YouTube videos and you like those and you feel something beneficial. Trust me, this weekend is the real deal. It's like that times a. The energy is palpable and it's powerful. And that's where massive breakthroughs happen. So click below. Join me and I cannot wait to see you this summer in beautiful Portland, Oregon.
I was just googling how to deal with social anxiety and increase confidence with people because I felt extremely impaired in my ability to.
To do that.
I felt very handicapped in that I have some proficient skills in my job. But connecting with people is part of any industry, and if you're handicapped from that, it can really prevent you. And of course, the feelings of fear and anxiety and I'm not enough and all that kind of stuff just can be excruciating. I only recently knew that social anxiety, social confidence was the root thing. Previously, I had done searches for how to be confident with women or how to Be confident in business or things like that. Not realizing that there was core stuff that actually. So knowing. Coming to a realization that dating stuff isn't going to helped me as much as core confidence stuff led me to specifically search for social anxiety and social confidence. I was aware that my anxiety was specifically related to social anxiety and that I specifically wanted social confidence. Dr. Aziz was the only game in town that I found, and at least that spoke to those terms that anxiety and confidence are the things that we work on. The tools that he described fit me to a tee, and he used all the language in a way that I knew he was for real. I was happy that he didn't focus on dating pickup stuff. Not that that doesn't have some value, but it wasn't what I was looking for.
For.
I guess I would boil it down to the fact that he's not gonna take away. Nobody can take away. It's not possible to take away all fear of all social situations or whatever, because that just resides in us. And that's actually not a thing that's broken about me. It's actually a protective mechanism that. That I can choose to utilize or not. So it was nice to understand that a lot of the anxieties and fears that are in me are not a result of me being broken and that they're largely universal. It was nice to know that I'm not alone and that even though the fear won't necessarily be taken away, it can be dealt with and I can act in ways that I want to act in spite of the fear.
I was going to school at Portland State University. This is graduate studies. I was just coming close to my end term graduating with a graduate degree in theater arts. And I was at a loss as to, like, what to do next. And I kind of had some anxiety about that. And so a friend of mine actually worked with Aziz. She was my supervisor. She worked with Aziz when he was there doing therapy for Portland State University. And she gave me his contact info. Yeah, there were doubts because she showed me the website that to get his e. Newsletter. And she was like, okay, I know what you're thinking. This guy looks like a tool. And it was funny because there's a pose of him like this, like, all gonna give you confidence, you know? And I was like. At first, I was like, I don't need confidence. I just need to, like, why can't I sleep at night? You know? Like, I just need something like that. And I would scroll down, and he was like, going off his program, like, buy my program and you'll feel better. It wasn't that advertised, but I was like, I don't know. You said he does therapy though, like, kind of like avoiding the whole webpage just to be like, look, you trust him and I trust you. Like, let me just talk to him. I'll feel better if I just talk to him. And then I got to see his face and like, hear him talk. And the things that he was talking about felt very like, oh my God, I get like that too. And there was just a relationship there without even knowing him or without even like having a face to face conversation. When I first talked to him, I was at a part in my life where there was a lot of impatience and I felt like when I talked to him, it's like, hey man, I'm doing this, this, and nothing's happening. I'm not transforming the way that I feel like I should be transforming. And it wasn't a discount on his work, but it was almost like a feeling of like, why can't I get this? Why can't I get the. I understand it's a struggle, but why can't I, like, acknowledge my accomplishments in this? And ever since, since then there's been these moments of breakthroughs. And it's great because I'm a part of the mastermind now. And so we're able to talk about what works and what doesn't work and how can we be more compassionate and loving towards ourselves. And it's funny because now I just view him as, not only as my coach, but he's just a great friend. And we were able to connect on like just a familial level as opposed to just kind of like it's a, it's a like instructor student dynamic, which we, we have both. And that's, that's really fun. Everything's manipulated on that, on that stage. When you're in real life. I don't have a, a writer to write me the lines to give to the woman that I like or to my boss at work that I'm like, I'm frustrated with this project. I don't have the lines, I don't have the clothes to wear. I don't have the lighting to make me look like I'm of power. It's all like, just me being me. And I used to get by with that thinking, like, I just have to pretend to be someone and I'll. And I'll have this relationship. But after the years of sustaining a relationship like that, it gets to you. At least it got to me. And it ate me up inside. And I just. I started doing what they wanted to see me, and I was like, going for their affirmation, their reviews, as opposed to just letting it all go, just being myself. So it's nice to kind of be Jonathan Hernandez, the actor who can play these characters on a play or in a film or doing stand up comedy, because even that, that's a. That's a Persona you're putting on on stage and. And it's your words that you've wrote.
Yeah.
And that's like the best because it's. It's kind of like Aziz being up there doing his. His seminar. Like, that's him up there. And that's what feels empowering. But again, that's is. There's a. There's a set style and a way and a time and a place, as opposed to just being out there on the street, being yourself and like talking to people and sharing who you are. The fear for me was the money. I was like, I don't know if I have enough to cover something like this. This is ridiculous. Do I really want to spend it on this? But it's an investment on yourself. And if you're willing to put. To gamble on anything, you just gamble on yourself. And the guy, Aziz, he's just. He's a great guy. I like conversing with him. My personality happens to mesh with his personality. And a lot of people in this group and the who he's been working with are different personalities to me. But we all share a common thread that we like him and we like what he does. So I would, if you're really skeptical about it, probably just reach out to him directly or one of his assistants that he works with, because they're gonna tell you, like, it's. It's the best investment that they've ever done, done for themselves.
I found Aziz through his book the Solution to Social Anxiety. And I had issues at work, and I felt I needed to seek a way of overcoming these obstacles. And when searching for resources, I think I came across the book. It's easy to believe in someone that thinks about things that you're going through without you telling them them. And in his audiobook, he had spoken some of the challenges I was having that I thought were peculiar to me. And from his insight, it was clear that he knew how to address these challenges. So I would say it was a seamless segue into working with Aziz. So Before I met Dr. Aziz, my life was stuck in a vicious cycle of repeating the same patterns that were not Working over and over again. But since my interaction with him started, I've been able to start breaking out of the patterns that are not working and discovering new ways of doing things that give me a more desirable outcome. I've been working in global health for close to six, seven years now. So when in 2014 when we volunteered to intervene in the Ebola outbreak in Liberia and I went there, I worked with a lot of experience, but I was limited in so many ways. There are many ways I could have contributed more that I didn't because of my limitations as a person, not being confident enough to assert my way or having a platform in front of me because the president or the minister, to present something and not presenting it in a powerful enough way for them to have buy in. And being in such an intense situation or environment made me think that, look, if you don't, if you don't contribute what you have to contribute, people die. So that was really, I think, the turning point for me that, look, if I know these things and I don't speak up, then I'm not doing anyone any good myself or the people I'm meant to serve. I would highly recommend this weekend to everyone that can take advantage of this. And the reason why I say that is I came here thinking I needed help with success at work, but through this process or through this program, I've realized that success is success, either it's at work or with life. And I think we are successful human beings and we can take that into our work. So my focus has shifted from trying to be successful at work through this program to I want to be a better person through this program and that will show forth in my work. So I don't, I can't think of anyone that doesn't want to be better than who they are right now because the process of discovering yourself is very. It's like a journey that is very illuminating and brings new meaning to our life. So I'm living here with a renewed sense of purpose and mission. And somewhere along the line, I may have forgotten what was most important. And that's the service I have, the service I give to other people. I'm reminded again why I started doing what I do. So I would highly recommend this to anyone that has the opportunity to. To do it. It's awesome. It's amazing. It's life changing, really.
Had looked at a series of folks doing similar types of things and found his stuff on YouTube and was very impressed with, with the way, with his, with his manner, with his video, with the way he did it, researched him a bit after that point. And that's really how it came about. The way he carried himself. Very, very easygoing, very calm. You got the feeling that he would be a very good listener in that sense. You know, that's the impression you get. And then I had the opportunity to talk with him.
Them.
Liked it a lot. Certainly you're doing some things, which is the good part of it, that stretch your. Stretch your comfort zone, stretch stuff. But had a great time. Any kind of preconceptions you get about people who would be coming to something like this, which you think might get blown apart. Very good, very strong people here. But everybody has stuff that they have to work through. And I think it's different for a variety of people. It's very interesting to see that. But it's also when you see people who are willing to take that on and it's pretty powerful. There were some people involved up there who were really good. And yet they're still coming back to, as you put it, up their game. Absolutely.
I was searching online, went onto Amazon, wanted to get a book about social anxiety because it's been a problem for me for a long time, maybe since I was a teenager, really. And I saw his book, his qualifications. He's got a PhD. That was interesting to me because I do value academic. It just makes it seem a little bit more credible, I guess. So his credibility stood out. And then once I got the book and I read it, I was underlining so many things. It just really spoke to me. And it was really, for the first time that I felt. Felt more understood. And really the way he connects all the different parts of it that actually the underlying issues that he addresses around social anxiety. It was Friday morning, I came in from New York. The night before, didn't sleep very well. Time zones, everything else. Got in late, so I was nervous. And then there was a moment where I was like, am I going to do this? Yeah, well, hey, you came all this way, you paid for it. Come on, you better go. So I put myself in there and it's been incredible personal development. I think that the thing that I'm most pleased with is things I have previously simply said are impossible for me. Like, no, no, Like, I just don't do that. I can't do that. I did them. I did them on this weekend. And that was. It's almost hard to believe even now that I did. But I approached strangers, I asked for dates, I complimented people. Those are. Hey, that's not everyone's personal development. But Those are things that I previously would just avoid, avoid, avoid. Yeah, I think that I've been avoiding doing certain things or doing only what I have to with regards to calling clients and talking to them. If it can, if I can feel more comfortable, then I can probably be more engaging and more present and that can build the relationship as well. So there are times when I have to go to a meeting and have to speak up and I do it. But I'm nervous and I'm very self critical at the time. I think learning the tools to be comfortable in one's skin will definitely help me be more productive at work. The most challenging part is to take the first step to actually get there. And if you found that the content online or the book really hits home and you recognize yourself in that, then the key thing for this weekend, for example, was you learn the underlying reasons behind a lot of stuff and then you learn techniques to fix it. So if people are interested in self development, then you've got to be a bit brave and take that first step and turn up. There'll be initially a room full of people that you don't know, but then by the end of it you've opened up, up and shared and are doing things that you. When I tell people back home, or at least my girlfriend back home that I did these things, I'm not sure she'll believe it either. Jumping in the room, dancing around like, Stefan, you don't dance. We try and go out to a club and you say no and like. So I think that taking that being brave initially is important, but I realized that everyone has their own path for development. It just depends if you're ready for it and if you're willing to take a little bit of a risk.
Well, I found him on the Internet actually. I found his videos on YouTube first and I signed up to also on Twitter as well. And I signed up for his newsletter and I was watching his videos and I know he gave classes and his videos are very informative and very interesting and I, I even called into his Collins a couple times and it was very informative. People were asking any question they want and it was very informative. And I decided that I wanted to go to one of his courses. I think for anybody it's probably quite nerve wracking. I'm going to this course or self confidence or it could be about dating being a better conversationalist. I'm sure for anybody, they're like, where am I going? I'm going to Portland. Some people traveling across the country, some People are probably wondering, this is going to be weird. Everyone's going to be weird there. Or I feel obviously. But it could be further from the truth. You know, if there's ever a question that you should never feel that way about these type of events because it's a great event, the people are great, the people who attend are great. And it's not what you would think. Who wouldn't be nervous? There's no reason to be nervous. It's very informative. It's things you can use to improve yourself. And that's what it's about. A little bit. Because you know, we've all heard those stories of speakers or these type of events. You know, I think we've all heard those things so it's only natural to feel that way. But at the same time watching his videos, it's like this guy has very interesting insights. And is this when you knew, when I found out he did the live events. Then you're wondering what's it really going to be like? You know, is this one of those types of people that you hear about? You know, it's not at all. I would encourage people do it because you know, it's, it can only help you. It's worth the time and the expense.
I feel I have been in anxiety for quite a long time without consciously knowing it until you know, there was one day, you know, this anxiety reflected on my physical pain in my chest area and also neck, shoulder and even headache. This pain, it becomes so severe that there was only. There was one time I stayed home for six weeks because of that. So I knew at that time I need some help. I need to figure out a solution for this anxiety. I actually went to see family doctors several times. They gave me some pills and then I use it and temporarily it works. But you know, this thing keeps coming back, keeps coming back. Then I knew it's something way deeper than just a few pills and relax at home. Because even though I stay home, I can now relax anyways. Actually before Dr. Zsao been reading a lot of books regarding this self help books. It seems like it will temporarily help but I don't see the lasting effect of, you know, of this reading these books. It still helps a bit, but it doesn't last. I mean I keep forgetting what I've read. I came across Dr. Aziz's book, that book is eye opener for me. Then I started to, you know, I found that in Kindle books and then somehow, you know, I then started to get interested in this guy. You know, what other Books this guy has been written, what he has been doing. Then I started to search on Internet, YouTube clips. It's way better now. The biggest thing is that I do see the hope that it will disappear someday. And this kind of problem is very difficult to explain to people. And even now, my wife still couldn't believe how much pain I've been through. I would say I totally resonate about your suspicion. It's totally normal. My idea is that if you give it a shot, you know, according to my experience, if you are committed to it and you will not regret, because it's yourself that you put a lot of effort, a lot of time, you know. And Dr. Aziz gave us very good instructions and experiences, you know, to guide us through. And we need to be committed. There's no fantasy there. You have to put hard work into it.
I got divorced maybe five years ago, and a lot of social anxiety, a lot of my social anxiety stuff came out then. After that, I was like, oh, shit, now I gotta go back out into the real world and, you know, try to date and do all of that stuff that I hadn't even never really had to deal with because, you know, the wife just sort of fell into my lap, so to speak, you know, no pun intended, of course. And so there I am. I'm like 30, late, 30, 37 or something like that. And never really. Had never really dated in my entire life. I tried going out and I was just completely freaked out. Like, I went up to. I remember I was at a club and I went up to one girl, got rejected, and I was like, fuck, this is it. I can't do this. This is too much. I don't know what I'm doing. I feel so uncomfortable. Took a long time, though. It took years before. Before I realized what was going on. I had done like, you know, tried to do pickup artist stuff. And that actually messed me up more than it helped me, actually. It amplified my social anxiety and amplified my insecurities. And a couple years ago, I realized, or somehow found out, I don't remember exactly how I found out that I had. That what I was experiencing was social anxiety. This word, social, or phrase, social anxiety. Knowing that, I think on Amazon, I found his book, the Solution to Social Anxiety. And I listened to that and I was like, this is a guy who gets it. This is a guy who has been through it, understands. And it just felt like I wasn't alone in this, that there was somebody who actually, not just some therapist who has never dealt with social anxiety in their life or Maybe they have, but they've never bothered to overcome it. And they're just going to tell me, go out and do a fear hierarchy and just go do it and who cares? This was a guy who understood the pain of the fear and the rejection and the self talk and the self hatred. And listening to him, the empathy, the compassion was sort of like this continual voice. And then of course, I started listening to his podcast and it was this continual voice of, you know, you can do this. Strange things started to happen to me without. Without me even really doing anything. Women started like hitting on me. Not very often, of course, but women would like. It was very strange. You know, I remember I was at a company outing, but for Christmas, and we were at this club just hanging out and there was this, I mean, young, she was like an intern, she was like early 20s. And here I am like 40 years old and she's totally coming on to me and, you know, dancing up in my business. That kind of thing had never happened to me before in my life, really. And then, you know, sort of a similar thing happened later with another girl and I ended up, you know, dating her. And she's. She's absolutely just beautiful. And it was just blowing my mind that these girls were even attracted to me. For example, I've never been able to speak in front of a group, even small groups. And the company that I work for, every two weeks they have a sort of a company wide meeting and we're talking like, you know, 100 people or more in a room. And I had always wanted to get up there and speak, but I would never have even considered it. And so I then worked on that, after working on some of Dr. Aziz's stuff, and eventually got up there and just absolutely killed it. I knocked it out of the park. Nobody had ever, you know, gone up and spoken the way that I spoke up there, like with, you know, sort of a genuine putting yourself out there passion kind of, in that kind of way. And I remember the CEO gets up there, he's like, boom. And I mean, he'd never done that before in the, you know, three years that I'd been at that company. Never done anything like that. It was just amazing. He was just so blown away himself because he was so filled with that same passion. So that was just amazing. That was an amazing experience. And I've just kept on speaking.
Now.
First of all, this is a guy who can and does understand you, understands the fear, understands the suffering.
The.
Pain and all of that around social anxiety and talking to girls and when you hear him speak or when you talk with him, you feel like he sees you, like he gets you. But this is also a guy who has been through that and had.
Dr.
Aziz didn't exist for Dr. Aziz. You know, there was no Dr. Aziz before him. He had to do this himself. You know, he had to not only make it happen for himself, but then put himself out there for other people.
I basically started after I finished college in 2013. My first year of college went great. I had taken two years at Portland Community College, and I transferred to Linfield, and it was really my first time away from home. I lived in a dorm, which made it easier to make friends because people were literally right there living there with you. Then after that, I started living in apartments. Next year, I was off campus. The year after that, I was on campus but with complete strangers. Especially my last year, the year living on campus. But I was placed in an apartment where they said, we're looking for somebody. So I literally had no idea who they were. They were already kind of established as friends. I was the new guy. I discovered that it was really, really hard for me to establish myself in their friend group and, like, be one of the guys. Like, they did stuff together. And I'm like, I'll stay in my room and do this. So I got really lonely, felt pretty bad about myself. My sister was actually seeing someone for her own reasons, and I guess she asked, you know, like, who. Who's a good person who works with guys who kind of have these issues? And they recommended Aziz. So then I had a phone call with him, and, you know, that went great. I felt like he really got me and he had the experience, like, going through kind of what I was experiencing now. And I'm like, wow, this is awesome. And so it just took off from there. So much has changed internally and externally. Like I said, my self esteem was pretty low going into, you know, coming out of college, I felt I was really dissatisfied with my college years. I felt like I really missed out, but I also felt like I was kind of, you know, he's told me so many times about being a cars instead of an effect in life. And up to that point, I felt like it had really been, in effect, like nothing good happened to me. And now these days, I feel like I can create what I want. So if I want to talk to that woman or go out with her, instead of being like, I wish that would happen to me, I can be like, I can create that in my life by taking action instead of sitting back. I Don't beat myself up for not taking action anymore. I feel like I have a whole lot of worth. I would bring to a whole lot of value inherently to what I would bring to any friendship or romantic relationship, which I so did not believe before. I felt like I had to adjust who I was to be worthy of that. And now I like. It's hard for me to even imagine the way I used to think because it's like so completely opposite these days. I totally would not have been able to four years ago, see a girl who I find really attractive and start a conversation with her and ask her out, get her name number, and go out to a bar on a date with her that night, confidently making decisions. So I left my job that I really didn't like for this job working with kids, which I really like. And again, it's like the idea of being a cause, like I can control my life. Dr. Z's is one of the most genuine, authentic, caring people I've met in my life. You really get the sense that he has your best interests in mind for the rest of your life. He wants to see you transform from the bottom of his heart because he's been in that place that you're in right now, and he knows how painful it is, and he's made it his purpose in life, which I really admire that he's found what he was put on this earth to do. He is really, really good at it. He knows what he's talking about. He's lived it. It's not just stuff that sounds good. It's stuff that works. It's one of the best decisions you can make for.
I was always shy growing up, and I've been like that since maybe really young, elementary school even.
And, you know, I would get weird.
Tightness and pain from being so inhibited. And it just. I wasn't able to do the things I wanted to do. And eventually it hit like a breaking point and. And I wanted to change.
I wanted to be able to go.
On dates and feel more free in social situations. So I started looking online and I came across some of Dr. Aziz's materials. I started taking action and seeing results and talked to Dr. Aziz one day and he thought. I thought it would be a great idea for me to come to this event. And I decided to take a chance, take a risk. Felt uncomfortable doing it because I didn't know if it would be worth it.
I didn't want to tell people I.
Came out here and it didn't work. That was one of my main hangbacks.
Every article, podcast, and whatever other material.
Dr. Aziz has put out there, it's helped me.
And it's no different with some of.
His other programs, the confidence unleashed and 30 days to dating Mastery.
And I've seen a lot of growth through using those products.
