Your fear is irrelevant. It doesn't matter. If you want to create something, you must do what it takes to create it. So I just finished a run on the hills in this little woods here, and I'm Preparing for a 50 mile run in the mountains. It's further than I've ever gone. It terrifies the bejesus out of me to imagine running that far, especially because I have a history of 20 years of chronic pain. But by healing here and healing here, my body can do way more than I ever thought. But it doesn't mean there's not fear. And I know you have fear of speaking up for yourself, saying no, asking for what you want, challenging somebody. What if they don't like me? What if it doesn't go well? What if I sign up for this race and I can't do it? My body breaks and explodes. But your fear is irrelevant if you give in to the doubt. You never get to create what you want. You never get to see what your limits are. So the next time you want to do something, instead of deciding, am I scared or not? And that's the determining factor, how about how badly do I want it?
