This secret mindset hack will help you confidently approach anyone in any situation. And it goes like this. Before you approach somebody, if you're nervous, the reason is because part of you believes they don't want to talk to me. It's not going to go well. They're going to be bothered, they're going to be annoyed, they're going to be upset with me and they're going to reject me. Right? That's what creates the nervousness. We have to have an antidote to that. And here's what it is. Remind yourself before you go walk up to somebody. Tell yourself this in your mind, I belong at every table. Now, you might not be literally approaching them at a table, but it might be a table, might be a group of people, maybe it's a single person. But just remember, I belong at every, every table. And as you say that to yourself, then go take the action as if you do belong at every table. And if you show up like you belong at the table, just sit down, behave like you do belong there. Guess what? People are wide open. They're so curious about you. They open to you in ways you would never imagine when you boldly step into the world as if you already belong at every table.
