Do you feel like you're not enough? It's one of the most common human things. Right. Well, let's take a moment to really look at what you are saying when you think I'm not enough. One, we think I'm not good, I'm not lovable, I'm not worthy. And the second thing that we're meaning is if I were good enough, then I know that I would achieve this or those people would like me or I take this risk and it would work out. We're looking for total certainty. And so as long as we don't feel total certainty in life and we're wondering if people are going to like us, then we're always going to feel like we're not enough. And here's the way out of all this nonsense. It's not to go become the most fascinating person in the world and the richest person in the world, the most beautiful person in the world, is to see through the illusion I'm never going to have total certainty that everyone's going to like me and that everything I do is going to work. And when you fully see that, you acknowledge, yeah, this may or may not, then you let go of that whole feeling and all of a sudden you can just be you here now and you are enough.
