A short motivational talk (YouTube video) by Dr. Aziz advising listeners to stop internalizing other people’s 'no' as personal rejection. The speaker argues that rejection only causes harm when you turn a refusal inward and decide you are unworthy; instead, choose not to reject yourself and you will 'never be rejected again.'

I want to teach you how to never be rejected again. Now, I know that sounds like an impossible claim. People are going to say no to you, right? Yes. But when people feel rejected, it's not because they heard a no. It's because they take that no and then they go inside of their own mind and they feel rejected. They feel bad. They feel like there's something wrong with me. I'm not worthy, I'm not lovable. This means my future is not going to go well. And you reject yourself. And so if you decide right now with me, I don't reject myself, no matter what someone else says, I never turn on myself. In fact, I don't do rejection. Someone could say no to me, but that doesn't mean I reject myself. And if you decide that. That you can never get rejected no matter what someone says to you, because you're never going to turn on yourself, well, then you, my friend, are never going to get rejected again.
