The number one thing that you can do to boost your confidence quickly is to stop criticizing yourself in your head, judging yourself, finding fault with yourself, comparing yourself, making yourself feel inferior. Now you might know this. In fact many clients ask me Aziz, but how? How do I do that? But how isn't the greatest question here because then their answer is like I don't know and they just stay in the pattern. So a better question to ask yourself is why am I buying in to what the critic is saying? Have you ever asked yourself that? Why am I listening to this voice? Why am I turning towards it and saying you have good advice, I'm going to subscribe to your newslet. You should be the authority inside of me. Hypercritical, freaked out part. Why are you deferring to that critic and letting it run your life? Ask that question. Really tune in and discover what's going on there and you'll set yourself free.
