The confidence and connection that you seek is going to come when you get out of your head and you stop overthinking. And you probably already know this, but how? How do I stop overthinking? I'm just so wound up in there, and I can't stop myself from thinking. Even if I'm trying to connect with someone, even if I'm just sitting here looking at the sunset, I'm thinking, thinking, thinking. First of all, you're not alone. But let me do something with you here in the next 30 seconds that can change your entire experience of life. I want you to listen to the words that I'm saying really intently. Notice how there's a pause that's increasing between each word. What's happening in your mind in between those words? There's a pause, right? That is what it's like to not think for a second.
