How do you get out of your head and into your life and slow down that incessant thought stream? Try this. It's called an echo technique. What I want you to do is pay attention to your next thought. It'll happen in just a second, as soon as I stop talking. And when your next thought occurs, I want you to actually repeat back the exact words of that thought in your mind, silently, but at half the speed. So if we're in silence here, gonna have a thought. It's like, oh, I gotta get that done. I say, I have to get that done. And you just do that. Within several thoughts, everything will start to slow down and you will start to, like, wake up and emerge into your life.
