Dr. Aziz teaches how to walk into a room with confidence by adjusting your posture (open chest, shoulders back, head up) and changing your internal script. Instead of seeking approval, remind yourself why you're there: to connect, to have fun, to do your job. Your physiology shifts when your mind does.

Do you want to walk into a room feeling confident, even if you don't feel that way on the inside? Well, here's the trick. You don't have to feel rock solid. Tom Cruise. Walk into the room with the jacket over your shoulder and the sunglasses on kind of thing. You actually can show up powerfully, even if you're feeling nervous inside. And here's how to do it. It's about what you shift inside of here. Because remember, confidence is an inside job. So first thing is just address your body so you're not shrinking. We're sometimes subconsciously making ourselves as small as possible. So before you walk into the room, literally roll your shoulders back, get your chest open, get your head, then remind yourself of what you're there to do. I did this with a client, and his language was, I'm here to connect and have fun. So you remind yourself, I'm not there to get approval. I'm not there to make sure everyone likes me. I'm here to connect and have fun. And when you remind yourself of that, you change your physiology. You'll walk into the room as a whole different version of you.
