What if you told yourself this multiple times every day? I love you no matter what. So this is a strategy that I teach in more depth in my new book called Omos on My Own side, which I'm currently writing. And I'll be sharing more videos about all the insights that are in that book on this channel here. But this one I want to start with, which is when you are really in love with somebody. Maybe you've played this game. You've ever been fallen in love? Maybe people play it only when they're younger. I don't know. But it's like you get together with someone and you might play the game. Would you still love me if Maybe. Have you ever done that with a lover? Like, would you still love me if I, you know, lost all my hair? Would you still love me if I lost my job? Would you still love me if I, you know, gained 50 pounds or whatever and, you know, kind of playfully say, like, yeah, yes, I would. Yay. Or not? I don't know. I don't know. However you play the game. But what if you said to yourself, I love you no matter what? See, they're dead. I was kind of feeling insecure, stressed out. I need this to happen a certain way. I need these people to respond to me. I need this to go okay. I need to be stronger. I need to whatever I need next. And then I was just like, whoa, whoa, what am I doing? Let's get back to my own side. Aziz. I love you no matter what. I love you whether you make more money or less money, whether this business venture goes well or doesn't go well, whether this client likes you or doesn't like you, whether someone's upset with you or they think you're the greatest. I love you no matter what. I love you if you are lean and strong or if you weigh 20 extra pounds, I don't care. I love you no matter what. Can you say that to yourself? What happens if you say that to yourself right now? Just, like, use your own name, say out loud, I love you no matter what, and say your name. What happens? And if you notice any contracting or like, oh, no, I can't say that, or whatever is getting in the way of that. That is. That's what you want to go in and soften and forgive and do whatever you need to to clear that so you can love yourself as you are for who you are. So play with that. Try that. Get to that place where you can love yourself no matter what. And it feels good. Instantly. Your energy will get better. Your confidence will go up. You'll feel more relaxed. You'll feel you'll take more risks socially and in business and in other places because you love yourself. No matter what. It's okay if you fail. It's okay if you get rejected. So that's just one of many things. If you want to get even more insights from my new book as I'm writing it, I'm going to be sharing with my email list sections from the book, other additional ideas.
