Hey, Dr. Aziz, here it is, 6:05am I am atop Rocky Butte park here in Portland, and I'm about halfway through an eight mile run, maybe nine mile run. And I want to share something with you which is, I guess, more personal. You know, I talk a lot about confidence and how to be your best self, socially connection, relationships, career. You know, what I don't talk a lot about is confidence and belief in yourself, especially your physical body and physical ability. And I'll be sharing a little bit more on this channel about my journey with that because that's been the leading edge of my confidence for the last year or two, is doing what I thought I could, not with my body. And the truth is, I actually had extremely limiting beliefs about my body. You know, way worse in some ways than my limiting beliefs about my attractiveness or my social self. I mean, I was in many ways crippled, unable to run, unable to walk without pain for many years, all because of beliefs. And I want to share more about that. It's a fantastic journey, an exciting story. I've been a little bit private about it because it's so close to home, but it's something I want to share more. And the short version is this. What you think is solid, what you think is absolutely true for you, whether it's, I'm unattractive, I'm not capable of that, I can't achieve that, they won't like me, I'm not good enough, there's something wrong with me, I'm physically incapable. And on and on, every single one of those, it seems so solid, is not. It's false, it's fake, it's a story. And it's insane when you start to pierce through that veil and get to the other side. And it's almost a little disorienting. It's like, wait a minute, I'm not unattractive, I'm attractive, or wait a minute, I'm not physically broken, I'm capable and I'm strong. And it's disorienting, but it's magical. And I want that for you. Whatever your core limiting story, limiting belief is, I know, I just know it in my heart, even if I've never met you, that it's false. Because I know it's possible for humans. I know it's possible for the human spirit. I know it's possible for you. So I'm gonna go back to my run here, get back to Candace before the kids wake up. And I want to wish you the best on your journey today. Like, look for a way to pierce through that. Do what your mind says you cannot do and you'll be amazed what you can achieve in a month, in six months, in a year. Alright. Until we speak again. May have the courage to be who you are and to know on a deep level that you're awesome. Be well.
