Today is the day to say no. Where I'll leave that up to you. But one thing that I do know is that if you are too nice, if you're worried about what other people think, if you are in some way people pleasing then you're probably not saying no enough. You're saying yes when you want to say no. You're hesitating or agreeing. You're avoiding directly saying no. And so I am pretty certain that in your life right now today there's going to be an opportunity to say no. Maybe there's already something lingering as you're thinking about it that you could say no to. Yeah, maybe that thing. Maybe you could reply to someone's request with a no. Maybe there's going to be something that comes your way today that normally you'd be like oh yes, okay yeah but inside you're a hell no. But outside you're smiling and saying maybe get congruent. Today is the day say no and set yourself free.
